Arrived at property. Unable to find keys as per instructions. Totally unresponsive host - no answer for over 24 hours, by which time other emergency accommodation had been booked, leaving us out of pocket. Even Air BnB customer support could not contact the host for over 24 hours. Poor service, not happy with the "apology" sent the next day by one of Frank's colleagues either.

Main reason for booking the apartment was due to the balcony with great views. We have a 9 month old baby and our intention was to sit on the balcony when the baby was in bed, however due to the presence of 2 housemartin nests whenever we stepped onto the balcony the birds would attack us. This was reported to the hosts and the nests removed however the birds become even more aggressive and started rebuilding the nests. Apartment was great and as advertised, but unfortunately could not be enjoyed as we would have liked.
