The apartment itself is lovely, has everything you need, but the pool is not for private use - it is for use for the whole apartment block. It wasn't overly used by other residents but it was not what we expected from the listing. But the other residents were all very polite and friendly. Unfortunately while we were there one of the other residents was running a bric a brac sale in the parking space between the apartment and the pool - I'm sure this doesn't happen often but it's worth knowing that others use the space incase you are after peace and quiet/privacy. Also not being a French person we didn't understand the parking zones and this wasn't clear in the instructions. To park near the property we had to find somewhere in Annecy to buy a blue zone disc - not available locally. Despite these issues, we had a wonderful stay and the location is fantastic. 2 amazing boulengries, a minimarket and a couple of fabulous restaurants in walking distance. We would recommend this place

We had a wonderful family stay (2 adults, 2 children 12 years and 9 years). The location is perfect: close to the lake, peaceful, beautiful surroundings and far enough from busy Annecy to relax but close enough to catch the free shuttle bus (stop right outside the apartment) to enjoy this beautiful town. We enjoyed going to Talloires for swimming which is a very short car ride. The living area is a good space and we really enjoyed watching a movie when the weather wasn’t so good for one of our days. The swimming pool is fantastic, very clean and private. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive - assisting us with each and every request. They even organised a bike hire delivery to the apartment and collection. Nothing was a problem. All in all I would highly recommend this excellent apartment - it is a real find.
