Stay was ok unfortunately some events overshadowed the visit. Due to a gas leak, the kitchen was unusable for more than half of the time and I had to appear on different dates due to lack of communication with the gas company and my time and effort were only credited by turning on the airbnb support Mahwish was unacceptable and held me up until I left the apartment and did not want to get in to a solution which I found very unfortunate. But Airbnb support helped me a lot. Thank you!!!

The host did not activate the access card which was needed to enter/exit the building, use the facilities, and access the parking. I messaged him and he told me it’s expired and that I should go activate it at reception. Reception told me the owner (host) needs to go get it renewed from another place. A lot of back and forth and nothing was resolved. This made entering/exiting the building very difficult. As a guest on vacation this isn’t something you want to deal with, it’s the owners responsibility to fix this. On top of that, the couch in the living room was very smelly and dirty. The bathroom shower had no curtain so you can’t shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. There was a compressor in the cupboard which kept rattling all day/night and could not be turned off. The bed/mattress was terrible, making noises while sleeping. There were no basic things in the Airbnb (salt, pepper, etc). There is no dryer to dry clothes. I told all this to the host and he was not helpful

Loved our stay at this apartment. Was exactly as described and as shown in the photos and location was extremely central with all parts of the city accessible within half hour drive. Basic amenities were provided and were satisfactory however had to purchase some things ourselves. Access card to building also didn't work and had to ring intercom to reception to let us in every time. However overall very enjoyable stay and very satisfied with the apartment and facilities within the building. We would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

I waited two hours before I was able to access my listing because the host hadn't completed the necessary steps. The security at the reception of the apartment refused to let me access the accommodation because the host had not sent the necessary information. The host didn't answer calls. In the accommodation, a very noisy electricity meter. Cruel lack of equipment to cook. No soap or toilet. Other than that, very pleasant accommodation, clean and very well located.
