Lovely clean studio on 3rd floor and really comfortable queen sized bed and cushions.. Great balcony - just need a lamp in the evening. Superb view of the lake and great access to swim there with our dog without having to go to a crowded beach. Great to have secured parking opposite building and steps underground road to access actual building. Not so easy with suitcases. Excellent bakery in the village. Attention with dogs : certain residents do not like dogs on the grass anywhere inside the gates - best to cross the road. However, no restrictions mentioned. Highly recommend and although a little expensive all cleaning included and well worth it. Remember to. book restaurants, order pizzas in advance by telephone to avoid long delays.

Sophie and Lola were very helpful, responsive and always very friendly. Our 2nd time staying at this location and both times have been excellent. Magic view across Lake Annecy and close to all facilities. Would highly recommend.

Very cute studio in which you can feel good. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking lake and mountain views from the inside. The balcony is the real plus of this home, you feel like you're one with the scenery. (Just a shame that the furniture is not maintained, we would have liked to sit outside.) As for our host, she took care of our arrival and stay. Very nice and responsive!

The housing was very good. The view from the apartment is really great. The direct access to the residence for swimming in the lake is a real plus. I would recommend this property if you wish to stay at Lake Annecy.

A quality studio with a magnificent view of the lake and mountains, close to places for walksweek end of activities, shops and restaurants. Continuous traffic on the road creates a problem for access and when floor-to-ceiling windows are open.

Quiet and functional apartment with exceptional views. It should be noted that by browsing the listing quickly, you can miss the fact that the rental goes through an agency: there is a deposit deposit (€500) and several formalities beforehand that make the rental process less fluid than a direct/classic booking on Airbnb. Check-in and check-out are nevertheless flexible and the agency available.

We had a lovely stay with my partner and we'll be back to stay. The apartment has a beautiful view and we had the chance to swim in the lake via the private access to the building, it was magical. We who like to sleep in a great bed was perfect! The apartment is well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Only downsides: lack of practical utensils for the kitchen (peeler, cutting board, sub-flats, pot lids), provide olive oil, tea. Namely that during our stay, access to the building was only possible via an underground passage (no key opening the gate in front of the building), and private parking remained open.

Great mountain and lake views. Only small problem: the poor insulation of the windows (you can hear each vehicle perfectly on the road behind the building) Apart from this detail, everything was perfect! Recommended!

It feels like you're right on the water. nothing in the area with a comparable view of the lake and the mountains. They allowed our dogs, even though they weigh more than 8kg and allowed an extra 30 minutes for checkout. Management is very helpful and attentive. There was an issue with the hot water, it was very limited in the morning (which is a non-problem), but at the end of the day it was gone.

The studio is exactly as described in the listing, clean, well located, with all the comforts and possible accessories. The view is beautiful and the environment is quiet. Access to the bike path just behind the apartment is a real plus. The nearby village of Duingt offers the necessary amenities (SPAR store, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Thank you to Lola for the welcome, check-in and check-out went very well.

Beautiful location facing the lake and as described. For athletes, this place is ideal and it is a rare residence with direct access to the lake. I recommend and especially with the lake view.

Very well located accommodation, access to shops on foot as well as the free bus line to Annecy in summer! The view and access to the lake is exceptional and the host is very available and pleasant! We had a lovely and lovely stay with our dogs! Thank you we'll be back soon:)

The studio is on the 3rd floor of a building with old charm and very modernly renovated, between the road - very busy - and the lake that the balcony overlooks. A recent, clean and well-equipped studio. The decor and layout are current and with its location by the lake, it feels like space and light. It has everything you need to drop off for a few days and relax gently along the water. The welcome is easily done by self-checkin/checkout, everything is very well indicated. The region offers great hiking opportunities. In short, a real gem located on the edge (what do I say), literally the feet in Lake Annecy.
