Welcome to Chalet Osmose, a 480m² chalet located in a cul-de-sac in La Clusaz.
Ideally designed to accommodate a large group of 22 people, it offers enough spaces for everyone to relax, isolate themselves to rest or work, or come together for great moments of sharing.

The chalet benefits from an ideal location allowing a departure and return to ski via the Var slope located below the chalet.

The parking instructions will be indicated upon arrival and must be respected throughout the entire stay in order not to block neighbourhood access.

THE Beautiful FLOOR is the main floor of the chalet:
- Spacious and bright dining room offering a large dining table for 22 people, perfect for enjoying convivial moments with family!

- Living room area with its custom-made sofa and central fireplace ideal for warming up by the fire after a day of skiing
- You can enjoy an American pool table, a piano, a guitar, an electronic dart board, and board games left at your disposal
- A projection screen and a video projector and a Chromecast are available
- 20m2 balcony facing full South offering a table for 22 guests, all with a panoramic view of the Aravis Massif

Outdoor Areas
In summer, you can enjoy beautiful days by relaxing on the outdoor sofas around the fire pit while cooking your barbecue on the plancha.
Fatboy bean bags are also available.
As for the children, they will not be bored and can enjoy the trampoline, the slide, or the ping-pong table.

The south-facing terrace of the chalet, with a view of the Aravis mountain range, is unbeatable. Equipped with a large table and outdoor sofas, you will struggle to leave in the afternoon!
To get to the centre of La Clusaz or the Balme Massif, it's very easy! A shuttle stop is located just a few steps from the chalet.

A deposit of an amount of 5,000€ will be made via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 4 toilet paper rolls/wc...) are included in the service as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.
We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair upon request.

Your Lla Selections agency has a private concierge service dedicated to helping you organize your stay. You will find all available services in the "Sophie's Services" section of our website. You can book online directly your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages... A link will also be sent to you as soon as your reservation has been confirmed.
