The apartment in an excellent location, the only 3 problems we had that the views not really reflected in the photos, the windows are high and small so we could not really see the view that is impeccable unless we stand up! The second problem is that the photos not really showing the apartment as it is, it is smaller than in the photos and it is dim, the third problem is that the bed it small and it is not 1 bed as the photos shows, It is a mattress divided into two halves in the middle which was not really comfortable for a couple! The last remark is that the environment is impeccable but it is a very small village where almost everything is closed at 7 and you can’t even walk around in the evening, it is completely empty even on the lake after 7 pm. But if you have a car you can go to the restaurants around but no later than 9pm.

Great place to stay for a short getaway for two with an amazing view on Lake Annecy. We were able to leave the car all the time because everything was immediately walking distance: the beach, the water sports activities, the supermarket as well as all the local restaurants. The apartment is small, yet is extremely well equipped for its size including kitchen. The communication was a bit confusing: in addition to booking via AirBnB, we had to fill out some forms from the agency and respond to emails, some of which were not answered. Overall, we were still able to clarify all questions quickly and easily, and the check-in and check-out worked well, so four stars for communication, definitely five for the rest.
