Unfortunately, the brushes all have yellow spots insects everywhere externally private The walls and doors are all stained with brown spots The floors are all dust inside the bedrooms In the latter I do not nominate for reasons above More than half an hour away from the centre of Dubai (Burj Khalifa) The apartment was once inhabited by its owners, which is why it is not clean.

At first check in was extremely difficult no keys to main door lock, then upon check in which was after 1 hour we noticed the town home was nasty dirty dusty itchy. We contacted David, Mohammad Waseem and Mohammad Tanveer Great people, they got right to it and took care of the cleaning services the next day. We loved the amenities at Emaar South, the community is amazing lots of pools, parks walking jogging trails and friendly families. One perfect stay is a good company their customer service is 2nd to none. Very caring and understanding. We highly recommend One perfect stay! However customer service with Air BnB is horrible not understanding very difficult. We communicated for over an hour with someone in Philippines named Anna, she had no commonsense and then with a rep in US via air bnb app, Air BNB is not helpful be careful if there are any issues over seas with booking. Air BnB will leave you in the dark. Credit card Charge back is your only option.
