A beautiful apartment with a beautiful view and in a quiet area. The apartment would need a maintenance plan especially in the bathroom.

The apartment has Great Lake view and nice designer touch. We enjoyed the stay. Ms Magot is really friendly and always keep us connected.

A pleasant stay but a little outdated accommodation in places: damaged doors, damaged outdoor armchair, dirty coffee table on arrival and dust in every corner. There was no vacuum cleaner available in the apartment so it was difficult to maintain well during the stay. And the cribs provided had no rigid background which was very dangerous for babies who were fully sinking into the bed. On this point, the host was very responsive and the situation was resolved the next morning.

It's a beautiful appartment with the most amazing view over Annecy's lake! We enjoyed it everyday! The host was super pro active and everything was very clear for the check in etc. Only downside is the area for our stay lots of things where closed. Don't trust the most used search site for this as well. We searched for opening times that should be open but where closed when we came there. This happens to us with groceries, restaurants and canoeing renting places. Annecy city was open so most of our time we spent there.
