The apartment is very well located in a secure residence and overlooking the lake as a private property. It is located close to a small self-service and good quality bakery, which you can walk to. It is very well equipped with quality equipment There were two of us and in my opinion, it is not necessary to be more numerous to stay in good comfort. A suggestion, however, instead of the clothing rack in the bedroom, it would be nice if there were shelves so that we could empty the suitcases, the cabinets being greatly occupied by the bedding duvets and the equipment. From the dining terrace, a magnificent view of the lake, the church of Duingt and the mountains. Sophie's welcome was perfect, everything went smoothly and in a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this apartment for its location .

Lovely property in a beautiful location. Local parking made it easy and convenient and private beach area was a lovely addition. Highly recommended for a weekend or holiday by the Lake.

Location is perfect by the lake, beds a little small, could be more comfortable. Very nice for a few days, our apartment best suited for 2 persons.

Very nice location overlooking the lake with wood terrace and private lawn. But otherwise the apartment is for 2 people. And compared to the rate we expected really better for the accommodation (minimum equipment, sofa bed that takes the whole room, approximate cleaning). A very pleasant stay though.
