Nice apartment in large apartment blocks for the area, with good facilities and staff. Advert and pictures did not match the layout of the apartment. But host did then issue a small refund for the inconvenience of no sofa bed

Great apartment in the heart of La Clusaz. My second time staying as so easy to walk into town and walk to the lifts. Would highly recommend.

overall the accommodation was suitable but was not worth its price. the pool and sauna were appreciated , the location and life were very good but for the rest we were not satisfied. The bedrooms were not as described, the beds are not worth 4-star beds, they were hard and small for double beds. In addition, we only had one duvet per bed, we asked for extra blankets and one extra pillows. The hostess told us that it was impossible to have a more pillow and for the duvets it was necessary to be insisted otherwise we would not have had one either. Arriving at the apartment, you'll find yourself with low-end cooking amenities and a first-price toilet roll. It was clearly not a 4 star. Finally, we had to have a bathrobe each (7 euros per bathrobe) the hostess told us that I had to see with the agency that makes the reservation so no communication between the services.
