The flat is very nice and has a superb view and the agency team managing it are very responsive and attentive. We would however discourage a family with young children like us or people with limited mobility to rent this flat for the safety aspect. The residence is located on the lake which means there is a very high traffic and high speed two way road just behind that you need to cross at every outing (parking is also on the other side of the road) with people just not stopping for you. There is a little underground tunnel but with steps and a beeper door so again unusable with prams / wheelchairs / suitcases and children. The walk along the lake is also alongside that two way road with cars whizzing past and a pavement not wide enough for the wheels of a yoyo pram. Finally it would be very helpful to be able to load unload the car in the residence as we have seen other people do, it took us 90 minutes to do the several trips through the two way road as no one stops. Not a flat for us

Great environment in front of the lake and the mountains, the situation of the apartment is WoW. Very pleasant place, quite, peaceful and easy to live in; All the appliances to cook very useful. On the other hand, the furnitures are ok, basic quality but not "effect wow" . We enjoyed a nice family's time in this place.

Gorgeous view from master bedroom and living area just like in photos, nice touch of fruit hamper and wine on arrival, great quality bedding, things like wash liquid supplied also. 2 other bedrooms are next to the road. Our teens did not mind the noise, had the fans on to keep cool instead of windows open. In the shared private lake access other guests had their dog playing in the lake, great for dog owners as beaches with lifeguards don't allow them but to bear in mind if weary of dogs. There are quite a lot of appartments and a bit of a journey of corridors to get to the lift/stairs.and access to the building is via safe tunnel under road. Allocated parking is on the other side of the road. This was fine for family with teens, would not consider if had someone infirm with us due to the access steps and distance fron car to appartment. Keysafe for checkin/checkout very handy.
