The flat is very nice and has a superb view and the agency team managing it are very responsive and attentive. We would however discourage a family with young children like us or people with limited mobility to rent this flat for the safety aspect. The residence is located on the lake which means there is a very high traffic and high speed two way road just behind that you need to cross at every outing (parking is also on the other side of the road) with people just not stopping for you. There is a little underground tunnel but with steps and a beeper door so again unusable with prams / wheelchairs / suitcases and children. The walk along the lake is also alongside that two way road with cars whizzing past and a pavement not wide enough for the wheels of a yoyo pram. Finally it would be very helpful to be able to load unload the car in the residence as we have seen other people do, it took us 90 minutes to do the several trips through the two way road as no one stops. Not a flat for us

Great environment in front of the lake and the mountains, the situation of the apartment is WoW. Very pleasant place, quite, peaceful and easy to live in; All the appliances to cook very useful. On the other hand, the furnitures are ok, basic quality but not "effect wow" . We enjoyed a nice family's time in this place.

Gorgeous view from master bedroom and living area just like in photos, nice touch of fruit hamper and wine on arrival, great quality bedding, things like wash liquid supplied also. 2 other bedrooms are next to the road. Our teens did not mind the noise, had the fans on to keep cool instead of windows open. In the shared private lake access other guests had their dog playing in the lake, great for dog owners as beaches with lifeguards don't allow them but to bear in mind if weary of dogs. There are quite a lot of appartments and a bit of a journey of corridors to get to the lift/stairs.and access to the building is via safe tunnel under road. Allocated parking is on the other side of the road. This was fine for family with teens, would not consider if had someone infirm with us due to the access steps and distance fron car to appartment. Keysafe for checkin/checkout very handy.

Our stay here was magical! Sophie’s apartment was well supplied with quality cookware, books, linens and incredibly comfortable, super clean beds. But the view is what will take your breath away! You feel like you are on a ship. The small town of Duingt is a comforting relief after a visit into bustling Annecy. Everything is nearby, canyoning, biking, water skiing, etc. we love the lake in the summer as there is so much to do. It was a great stay, hopefully to be repeated in the near future.

Beautiful apartment with exceptional lake views (waterfront feet). Really relaxing to be able to have breakfast watching the sun come up in the spinning revelette and the ducks swimming in a squad.

We had a fabulous week on the lake. Pictures are very accurate. Spacious accommodation with a fantastic lakeside location. Nice to be a bit outside of town to enjoy some rest and relaxation.

The apartment has pretty much an unequaled position on the lake with great views. The cycle path is right across the road and we recommend hiring bikes. Using Sophie's name gave us access to discounted rates for bicycle hire and also to the local gym/swimming pool. It was very clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure and temperature for showering was great. The overall decor/final touches could be stepped up a little bit in keeping with the style and location of the building. There are steps into the lake for swimming which look great, but beware that the last few steps are really slippery! There is not much in the village of Duingt but the bakery is good and it is pretty to walk around. Also it's not far by car to the other towns/Annecy for restaurants and shops so the location is a good base for exploring the whole lake. I would be happy to recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment, very clean and view to blow. The street is busy by day but the crossing is safe for children with a tunnel under the road. Our 7 and 10 year olds loved their stay as much as we did.

The view from this apartment is amazing, the photos are accurate, the property is well-equipped and the location is great. Sophie and Laetitia were very flexible with check-in and check-out - it all went very smoothly. Two of the bedrooms back on to the main road so were a little noisy in the day-time but much less so overnight. There is easy access to the lake from the apartment block and the 'voie verse' cycle lane is just across the road. Highly recommendable

Great view, nice rooms and beds. Very clean. Some confusion on check in (waited an hour to be let in, only 4 towels left out for 5 people, had to buy toilet paper). Need to have a car or take the bus to get downtown. Highly recommend bike rental. The pipes in the condo have a distinct odor so maybe bring air freshener.

Very spacious and warm apartment, completely matched photos and characteristics. Excellent position for reaching skiing locations and nearby cities (less than 1 hour from Geneva), in addition to really being "on the lake", with private access to the water. Two bathrooms available. The kitchen was also very complete, with plenty of tools, dishes and pans. Also, the logistics was very accurate, we were constantly in touch and we could arrange the times for arriving and leaving. Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is located right on the lake with a spectacular view. Sophie was very helpful and flexible, and she walked us through everything we needed to know about our stay and the neighboring towns. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living space were perfect for our needs. The apartment is very close to a small town with a patisserie, bar and restaurant, which are all accessible via a pedestrian path across the street. It is also convenient to the bike path which goes into Annecy and most of the way around the lake. It is on a busy street but the noise is very minimal from inside the apartment. I would recommend this as a great place to stay!

Very nice apartment with magnificent view (true to the photos) and friendly welcome. We had a great weekend. Note: no internet access (it may be good to disconnect but make sure you have planned your stay in advance!). Very nice apartment with a beautiful view (like on the pictures) and warm welcoming. Beautiful view of the lake which we were able to enjoy both with and without snow. Room is fully equipped and new and super clean. We really enjoyed every part of the stay.
