Very good location, extremely nice view directly at Lac d'Annecy. Supermarket and bakery nearby. The flat is directly at the beach on the ground floor (which is very convenient, but maybe also the reason for the high price). Location is a bit complicated to access due to several different needed keys and separated access to the parking spot. But after arrival, it was a really good spot to enjoy the lake.

I recommend 100% Very well maintained apartment, ideally located by the lake and bike paths. Very nice private garden.
