This flat is ideal for a stay with family or friends, a private swimming pool for the residents is accessible from June to mid-september. Ideal for sunny days, you can enjoy the sun by the pool while enjoying the panoramic view of the lake.

A deposit of 800€ will be secured via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider's server SWIKLY, to secure the deposit without affecting the bank limit. Nothing will be charged as long as everything is in order at check-out.
The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
We can provide you with a free baby cot and high chair upon request.

Talloires is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful villages in all of France, exuding thousands of stories and legends. It features an exceptionally scenic bay as well as an authentic marina- both within walking distance from the beach. Talloires is happily nestled between lake and mountains boasting regional treasures including the famous Angon waterfall. Nearby, many activities can be practiced:

-Cycling (bike path accessible from the Shore now allows you to go around the lake); you can also try the steps of the Tour de France which passes close to the apartment next summer (July 22) ...
-Hiking (departure of many walks from the house: the Cascade Angon (5mins), the Hermitage, the teeth Lanfon)
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine)
