- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds that can be made into a double, with storage cupboard and city view
- Italian-style shower room with two sinks and toilet

- Laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer

Easy access to many activities in winter and summer, as well as to the Semnoz, La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and the 3 Valleys (Courchevel-Méribel-Val Thorens) ski resorts.

A security deposit of €1,000 will be made via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from our Swikly service provider to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made up on your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, a sponge, 2 toilet rolls/toilet...) are included in the service, as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you with a baby cot and a high chair free of charge on request.

Your Lla Selections agency has a dedicated private concierge service to help you organise your stay. You will find all the available services in the 'Sophie's Services' section of our website. You will also be sent a link as soon as your booking has been confirmed, allowing you to book your transfers, private lessons, private chef, catering, massages... online directly.

Because your health and comfort remain our priority, we have adapted to the new hygiene standards recommended by the health authorities. Our cleaning and disinfection procedures have been completely rethought to meet the expectations of our clients and recommendations.

A few days before arrival, a link will be sent to the traveller by email inviting them to complete their online check-in and inform the agency of their arrival time, provide their identity and that of the people accompanying them...
