I had a terrible experience with my stay in this unit. I booked the apartment for 39 nights, and one night I see a massive cockroach crawling behind me on the sofa bed. I requested to be checked out and to have the balance of my stay refunded because clearly the apartment needed pest control. The request was refused by One Perfect Stay and I had to pay the full remaining amount even though I spent most of my time outside the house. Equally appalling was the way they handled the situation. I called them on the night of the event and they did not come to investigate, I got a message the following day that a househelp knocked on my door at 10 am but no one answered (almost using this as an excuse that they came to the door- no one informed me that they were coming at 10am and I did not sleep in the apartment that night), they did not suggest an alternative time to come and no one even called me throughout the process. The response from Airbnb was equally appalling and they did not help.
