We welcome you to our fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with special attention paid to interior details. The beautiful pad is located in Dubai’s livest neighborhood - Dubai Marina. The Dubai tram is approximately a 5 -7 minutes walk from the building.

The space

The living room has a seating arrangement for up to 4 people and a large flat-screen TV. The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and built-in wardrobes.

Guest access

Everything you would need during your stay is at a walkable distance. However, there is a taxi service 24/7 in the building. The tram is at a distance of 5-7 minutes walk, and metro and bus stations are also very conveniently accessible.

Other things to note

In accordance with Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guesthouses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the Tourism Dirham Fee for each night of occupancy per room at a Hotel Establishment. AED 10 ($3) which would be collected at the time of check-in.

As per UAE law starting from the 1st of January 2018 there will be a 5% VAT (value-added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.
