Terry's place was the perfect house for a group of friends to spend time catching up, everything was as described and clean. Terry did his best to accommodate letting us into the house early and was easily contactable throughout our time, even checking in that everything was okay when we arrived! Thanks Terry

Terry was great from beginning till the end. The property is in a very quiet area which was great. Not so much to do just around but Cambridge is not that far. Place is quite big, spacious and was more than enough for what we needed. Pool table was not quite as expected, quite old and small, also wonky so couldn't really play - that was the dissapointing part because that was a main criteria we used to choose our stay. Apart from that, rest was great!
