The unit was filthy. It was not cleaned from the previous occupant. Upon check in the host mentioned that there was an error in housekeeping, and it would take a max of 1.5 hrs to resolve. After waiting all that time with all our luggage no one showed up. We were forced to cancel, especially since the host refused to cancel and provide a full refund.

I had accidentally booked the wrong date. I shared that the host with him was not accommodating in any way. This is all about earning money. He wasn't ready to change the reservation to a different date. He declined again and again, although I kindly asked him several times. I just paid for free I would have expected the host to be accommodating and at least confirm the time for a different later date. If you book wrong Leave your money he won't change it on the other date intentionally.

The apartment is not ready for accommodation; Gas is not connected, cooking is not possible! We tried to repair the gas connection with me, but could not. Hot water in the bathtub only in the shower and not always. No foot towel, toilet brush, and lots of things are missing. Old bed linen. All the sheets are in the pellets. pillows are terribly inconvenient, you can't sleep. The blanket is old and dirty with a terrible smell. From cosmetics, they put a piece of solid cheap soap from the store and a can of cheap shampoo. There was no shower gel or air conditioning. There wasn't even tea in the kitchen area. The service company is disgusting. I wrote that you do not have toilet paper, they answered me - "buy in the store". We were an hour late to check in. I was sitting downstairs at the lobby waiting. There is no code lock. Unpleasant smell from the pipes in the toilet, at night they almost suffocated when they forgot to close the door to the bathroom. Only the location is good! And the pool. If the apartment is equipped and prepared, then everything would be great.
