Bedroom Configuration: Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with the 2 storey.
Master Bedroom - King-sized bed on the second floor connected with the bathroom (shower type)
2nd Bedroom - Queen-sized bed on the second floor
3nd Bedroom - a single-bed (3.5 foot bed) on the second floor
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Channel your inner chef in our stylish kitchen, equipped with all the essentials to whip up your favorite meals. The open design ensures that meal prep is a delightful experience.

"Old Boy Grill and Burgers" only 400metre away - 5 mins walk.
"Lotus's Kathu" - Convenience Store 650 metre away- 9 mins walk.
"Phuket King Muay Thai Camp" only 2km away.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( Outdoor area is ok)
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbors not allowed
* There are 1 car private parking is available in the villa
* Security deposit 5,000 THB will be collected on arrival in cash (Thai Baht only) and returned on the check-out day at departure time subject to damage or breakages.
* Price is not included utilities (electricity & water) , you will be charged THB7 per unit each.
* Guests who book for more than one week will receive one complimentary cleaning. (Included Linen & towels)
* Daily Cleaning is not included but can be arranged (Required 1 day notice in advance) at extra cost of 1,000THB per time. (Excluded Linen & towels)

We had booked this villa for three nights but had to leave immediately after we arrived. The space was very dirty and didn't match the photos in the listing at all. The host refused to refund us, despite the unacceptable situation. Luckily, Airbnb took care of the refund after seeing the evidence. We strongly advise against this rental

( all copies passports have to be sent once booking confirmed ) * Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property * Please not have windows open when aircon is on. * No smoking inside the property please ( Outdoor area is ok) * Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbors not allowed * 2 Parking slots available only inside the house and in front of the main gate * Security deposit of 5,000 THB will be collected on arrival in cash (Thai Baht onloy) and returned on the check-out day at departure time subject to damage or breakages. * Price is not included utilities (electricity & water) , you will be charged THB7 per unit for electricity and THB12 per unit for water. * Daily Cleaning is not included but can be arranged (Required 1 day notice in advance) at extra cost of 1,000THB per time. (Excluded Linen & towels) * The price is starting at 3 bedroom rate for 6 pax. - For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
