The Emerald Hills Beach Beach Villa is a 3 bedroom beachfront property with a contemporary feel and modern amenities, paired with cultural accents and traditional Thai artwork. In addition to the two master bedroom ensuites, a lovely children’s room has two bunk beds, perfect for kids or overnight guests. Comfortable poolside loungers and ample pool garden space bordering the beach give a chic beach house feel.

The space

EXPLORE THE VILLA
As soon as you enter through the arch, you will notice that this is a property with a unique and stylish edge. A standalone office building is to the left, and in front of it is a lawn and garden area with large brown and green ceramic pots. The first pavilion, which features tiled floors and a tall, sloping glass roof, may be reached through a sandstone path. The living area, which has opening glass doors on three sides, is the focal point and features a truly huge L-shaped sofa. The TV, cleverly placed in the nook of the floating staircase leading to the second story, is facing the sofa. A living space with a bamboo pod chair and orange cushions is located in front of the door.

The fully equipped open-plan western kitchen is to the left of the dining rooms. A sturdy teak dining table and chairs with an orange runner and an orchid centerpiece are located behind the pod chair. Emerald Beach Villa 4 has a lawn and a pool. The L-shaped pool is separated from the bedroom pavilion by a grass with a highlight Frangipani tree. A terrace runs across the front of the bedroom pavilion. A decked Sala with sun loungers surrounds the pool, which goes up to the door edge of the pavilion and includes a Jacuzzi. The unusual and creative furniture choices inside bring the black granite floor tiles to life.

THE BEDROOMS

The Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is well designed and is accessed through the center of the built-in wardrobes. The corner Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in shower provide a touch of luxury, while black granite, stone tiles, and chrome double sinks all draw the attention. The bed and tall headboard in the master bedroom have a patchwork appearance of wood, with many rich natural wood tones. The silk runners and pillows on the bed are decorated in oranges, browns, and creams to complement.

The Second Bedroom
From the gallery, you enter the second bedroom, which shares the main bedroom's design and color scheme. Again, the walls are covered with flower designs, and the twin beds are adorned with orange silk throws. There are also built-in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Third Bedroom
Families with young children will appreciate the second children's room, which has a bunk bed for two kids and a door that connects to the master bedroom's bathroom.

Guest access

WHAT IS INCLUDED
The villa includes daily complimentary Continental breakfast. Dinners or BBQs can also be arranged upon the prior arrangement from ingredients purchased for you upon request, with a minimal extra charge on cooking fees & grocery bills. The villa manager and staff are on-site from 8 am-5 pm and will cater to all your needs during your stay, whether daily light cleaning (change sheet every 3 nights), food & beverage, in-villa spa treatments, tours and excursions, and other transportation.
Damage Security Deposit: $500 (THB 20,000) cash is required upon arrival.
