Bedroom Configuration: Our house has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 shower rooms and 1 toilet) with a private pool
Master Bedroom - King-sized bed ensuite with a bathroom and the bathtub at the terrace on the third floor. This spacious room features elegant windows that bathe the space in natural light, highlighting the beautiful golf view.
2nd Bedroom - Queen-sized bed ensuite with a bathroom.
3nd Bedroom - Queen-sized bed on the ground floor which suited for elderly guests, offering ease of access to the swimming pool and convenience.
Private Pool & Outdoor Bliss: Step outside to your private oasis—a sparkling swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor space is perfect for unwinding, whether you’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a retreat with our premium 2 sunbeds where you are able to find a perfect sunbathing.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen comes complete with high-quality kitchenware, making meal preparation a delight. Whether you’re cooking up a family feast or enjoying make some lovely cupcakes together with your kids.
Convenient Amenities: The villa offers a car and 2 bikes private parking within the house gate
Prime Location: Enjoy the best of both worlds with our prime location in Kathu. You’re just a short drive away from the lively Patong Beach and the vibrant Phuket Town, offering you easy access to a range of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

( all copies passports have to be sent once booking confirmed )
* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( Outdoor area is ok)
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbors not allowed
* There are 3 parking slots available: 1 for a car and 2 for scooters, located inside the house and in front of the main gate.
* Security deposit of 5,000 THB will be collected on arrival in cash (Thai Baht only) and returned on the check-out day at departure time subject to damage or breakages.
* Price is not included utilities (electricity & water) , you will be charged THB7 per unit each.
* Guests who book for more than one week will receive one complimentary cleaning. (Included Linen & towels)
* Daily Cleaning is not included but can be arranged (Required 1 day notice in advance) at extra cost of 1,000THB per time. (Excluded Linen & towels)
* The price is starting at 3 bedroom rate for 6 pax. Villa can accommodate up to 7 pax maximum with extra bed set up at 300THB per person per night.
* Full set of keys / key cards are required to return upon Check out. Any loss /damage will incur a 2,000 THB charge per set / key
NOTE: any incidental costs payable at the property must be paid in cash Thai Baht only.

The villa itself is nice. Was more than I even needed. Only issues I had were leaks in the bathroom when you turn the sink on and water inside the home when it rains. The villa is in a not so good looking area. It's basically that one nice villa and a bunch of run down villas surrounding it. The location is not on the taxi app so I had trouble everyday trying to explain the taxi driver to drop me at the villa and not down the street because it's located inside a golf course community.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
