Friendly staff and very helpful. Made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Note that the 4th bedroom is a bit isolated from the villa. I was with my teen boys none felt safe to sleep there. I wasn’t aware of this from the description. Place is clean but is worn out requires maintenance. Sofa in the living room that’s facing the tv doesn’t have a back rest which was uncomfortable. Bedrooms require rugs to feel more cozy. Otherwise, we are very happy with our stay.

It was a pleasure staying here, the staff service was fantastic, the check in environment and picky, the windows were pushed open to see the sea and sunrise, the pool was sparkling clean, I hope to stay here again next time

The villa was amazing and the host is super welcoming. They communicate very well and can arrange a lot of plans for you. Cleaning for the house was on daily basis. We really enjoyed the views and the location. I would suggest bringing your own towels only.

The host helped to book the car for pickup, and was able to provide a nice breakfast and dinner. The mini bar was full of things, the cutlery and cups in the room were very complete, and the views from the four rooms were very beautiful.A villa where you can hear the sound of the sea falling asleep.One day of dinner during the tour, the chef was very impressed by the chef, who could help with the purchase of materials to make some local Thai dishes and bbq the seafood we bought ourselves for a happy holiday.The overall cost of the villa is not low, but I gave it a full score in terms of value for money, because from the facilities to the service, the villa is worth the price, and I also recommend other friends to check in!

We really enjoyed our trip to Thailand, and staying at this wonderful Villa. The daily service and cooking was outstanding. The host was very accommodating, quietly providing services, such as: a high chair, a coffee maker, three fantastic dinners on the veranda, and kept the place spotless During our whole visit. It was only about a 10 minute walk to the quaint village of Kamala. Across the street, is a GREAT Hotel call Cape Sienna. We enjoyed lunch there a few days and also used the gymnasium and spa. Really five star. Overall, I want to thank the host for a great visit and fulfilling our needs for a fantastic holiday

Great location on Kamala Beach. The property is very large and fits 8 people comfortably. The kitchen and dining furniture is modern and clean. However, some of the bedroom furniture is old and dusty. The property feels like a mix of modern and outdated at the same time. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and reasonably priced. The host and housekeeping are great and super friendly. Would return again if they updated the property a bit.

Positives: 1. Location 2. Modern Villa design 3. Sea Views 4. Responsive staff 5. Clean place Negatives: 1. Shower rooms are old fashion! You have to face cold water before hot water comes! Also changing from one tap to another not easy! I have kids and they have to shower in cold water cos of that! 2. We found some lizards in the wardrobes so be careful before you put your clothes 3. They charge for electricity during the stay ! My expectation for such high value rent , no additional payment but in this villa, you have to pay electricity in full. Overall, it is advisable to stay here but you need to be aware of the minor issue .

The villa was absolutely beautiful and views are amazing. The only small issue we had were the lights/light switches which were confusing to operate as they were not necessarily in the room the light was in. Also the lock on the 4th bedroom was broken. The kitchen was well equipped and the staff were lovely.

Before you take the time to read this review, please know that I also own a property management company located in America. Also know that we spent 2+ years planning what we hoped would be the “trip of a lifetime”. After 30 days in Thailand, I’m not sure if I should review the overall trip, our accommodations, the food our the country. The perfect holiday has to start to with the perfect accommodations, in a perfect location and even a more perfect management team. Kamala Rocks nailed it and I don’t even know where to start. First, the management team (house manager, owner, chef, driver, cleaner, landscaper, etc) made our 30-day holiday everything it could be. This villa is perfectly located on the south end of Kamala Beach on what the locals call “millionaire mile”. The walk is about a 10-minute walk to the beach, local markets, great coffee, messages, amazing food. If you want to hear more, please contact David and he will connect us. Amazing place!!! If you are planning to stay in Kamala, don't look beyond this place. The views are mesmerising. The location of the villa is just perfect. Everything you need is just a walking distance away.
