Kamala Rocks is a stunning 4-bedroom oceanfront villa on Millionaires Mile, Kamala, perched on an outcrop with stunning views of Kamala Bay and total privacy. It offers full service, including a villa manager, in-house chef, and daily housekeeping. The villa features a private seafront bungalow, spacious living areas, indoor & outdoor dining, a fully equipped Western kitchen, and a 19-meter infinity pool.
The main villa features three ensuite bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, dining room, guest bathroom, outdoor dining area, sunbeds, and an infinity pool.
Master Bedroom (Living Room Floor): Features a jacuzzi, shower, double vanity, and separate wardrobe area, plus a sofa with table, which can be set up as an extra bed. Direct pool access.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Floor): Ensuite with shower, toilet, jacuzzi, and double vanity, plus a private balcony.
Bedroom 3 (Upper Floor): Ensuite with shower, sink, and toilet, plus a private balcony.
Bedroom 4 (Detached Bungalow Below Pool): A private seafront retreat with a king bed, sofa, outdoor terrace, and ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, sink, toilet, and jacuzzi.

Please Note All reservations booked from 15 November with our new rates now include electricity as below and 1 round trip Airport transfer of 1 minibus with driver.
- Electricity is included up to 200units per day which is plenty with normal usage and turning the AC off when not in the room. Further units are 7 Baht per unit.
Required: 1500 USD or any currency equivalent to 1500 usd as security Deposit on arrival.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Note that the 4th bedroom is a bit isolated from the villa. I was with my teen boys none felt safe to sleep there. I wasn’t aware of this from the description. Place is clean but is worn out requires maintenance. Sofa in the living room that’s facing the tv doesn’t have a back rest which was uncomfortable. Bedrooms require rugs to feel more cozy. Otherwise, we are very happy with our stay.

Additional rules
Smoking is allowed outside. There are balconies in every bedroom. Electricity is excluded and charge at 7 baht only. Water is included if used reasonably. Kamala Rocks is a great place for a party. Parties are allowed with the people staying at the villa, However if there are extra guests there may be an extra charge. Talk to us first. Pets are allowed if approved before booking.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
