Our 10-day stay with five couples at this luxury Bang Tao Beach villa was extraordinary. The seven private bedrooms provided perfect sanctuaries, each with modern amenities and most offering breathtaking beach-view balconies. What truly elevated our experience was the first-class service from concierge Zeyna and her attentive team who anticipated our every need. We awakened daily to gourmet breakfasts featuring both Western favorites and Thai delicacies. A highlight was when the villa's chef transformed our seafood market finds into an unforgettable feast. Our optional driver became an invaluable companion, offering guidance, translations, and assistance throughout our adventures. Despite having 10 guests, we never lacked for hot water, privacy, or personalized attention. This villa transformed our Thailand trip from great to unforgettable, worth every penny spent. If I return to Phuket, there's absolutely no question where I'll stay.

Great view and awesome living room for chilling with huge dining table and pool table plus couch area. Nice outside pool and places to sit and enjoy the view. Host very responsive and provided services such as purchasing groceries, car and food. Big hill to walk up but grab deliveries came up with no issue and nice chance to exercise

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
