It was a beautiful view. The customer service was great, but be sure to ask for prices on all the extra services being offered, don't just accept because the team has a pricing list that wasn't given to us until we got there and at the end of the trip. There were minor areas that needs some attention to detail but overall we enjoyed the house and they were responsive to our needs. When getting the house think about transportation cause a lot of Grabs either cancelled on us or didn't meet us at the house because of the steep hill.

Our group of 15 had a great time at Villa Beyond! David's team was amazing. Very attentive and quick to respond. Your stay is what you make of it and David's team can help as much or as little as you want. The prepared breakfast they had every morning was delicious and the room cleanings made the stay feel extra luxurious. Highly recommended.

Although the place is a distance from the city, the housekeeper will arrange pick-up and drop-off and various activities to help organize the B&B, you can enjoy the whole holiday during your stay, recommended to everyone!

The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The host was super friendly and she was very responsive to all questions and concerns in regards to the house. The chef and maids were very helpful with cleaning the house and pool tidy. We had little minor issues like the water not running but it was fixed in a timely manner. Overall I would come back if I was to be back in Phuket again :)

We had a group of 15 people staying at David's place and I can't recommend it enough. The rooms, common areas, outdoors areas and facilities were all beautiful, along with a 10/10 view. The main attraction for our group was the staff. We had freshly cooked meals, people that could get us pantry provisions including alcohol at reasonable prices and they also cleaned the property every day before we were awake. Thank you for hosting us!

Our stay at Villa Beyond was absolutely fantastic. Sukanya was amazing, anything we asked for she sorted. Transport, trips, entertainment, nothing was too much trouble and all done so efficiently. The chef was extraordinary, the food she created was a work of art and far better than any restaurant we have been to. All 14 of our party had the best time ever. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the Villa, including the Drivers, they all do an amazing job and are lovely. I would highly recommend Villa Beyond Linda and Friends

This vacation home was one the best experiences we have had in our travel adventures. This house was absolutely beautiful, located hillside, overlooking the beautiful city of Phuket. The accommodations provided made our stay feel like we were at home, with a wonderful amount of pampering. Our host provided recommendations for things to do, and set up transportation for all of our excursions. The dinners and breakfasts prepared for us were delicious. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back!

The environment in the house is ok, it is a bit old, the water pressure is low, the water pressure on the 2nd floor is not enough to take a shower, the water is not warm, it is too hot or too cold, it is difficult to adjust. The biggest problem is the slope in front of the house, if you know this slope above 45 degrees, you won't book it if you know this slope, because there are elderly people and pregnant women in the group.Most cars don't want to go up this slope, and it's dangerous to go up or down this slope every time. The owner's response is very efficient, and it is worth it to help solve the problem in real time.

What I would say to anyone considering booking this place is to HURRY UP! This place was breathtaking and comfortable. What made my stay PERFECT was the response time for anything I needed! Anything I needed they made sure I had it, along with any questions I had. Ypu will not be disappointed, I recommend this place to anyone.

I am usually a very tough reviewer, and rarely give a 5 star review. But, this place was very lovely, the house was a great size and had an amazing view, The only complaint is that the house is remote and without a vehicle a little difficult to get to from the street. However…. The staff here at this home was AMAZING. The chef was on time with breakfast and dinners. The massage staff came to our rooms and gave great 60 minute massages. They changed the sheets daily, the laundry service was quick and they folded my clothes for me better than I would have. The multiple drivers this location offered were wonderful and they were all very prompt when I wanted to leave with my group of 8 people. I have zero complaints or concerns, I was sad to leave mainly because it’s hard to get that quality of customer service these days. If you book this house whether for a group like we did, or for a family you won’t be disappointed, just make sure you are prepared to pay for a driver, you’ll need 1

We had booked a place on VRBO that turned out to be fake and VRBO was extremely difficult about the situation. We found this place at the last minute and we’re extremely pleased with his immediate responses, answers to our questions, adjustments for our elderly mom and how’s wonderful the home, staff, food, and service were! We couldn’t have been luckier! Thank you David and everyone at the villa who turned out stressful vacation into a dream stay!

If you are looking for a luxury stay with a concierge, caretaker and a private chef team for whom no request is too hard, then this is the place for you. We were 8 adults and 8 kids and loved every bit of the stay. There were couple of things we felt the property could improve on. Almost all of us were bitten by mosquitoes and had to take extra efforts and still could only reduce not get rid of it. Every room should have mosquito repellents which was missing. The fitness centre was less than optimal for the luxury stay. Min weights and an additional bench would be a good start. We also had to buy milk at the property from the local Lotus supermarket. Other than that we have had no hiccups. MiMi, Oi and team took great care of us. David was always responsive. From the moment you land in Phuket airport you are taken care of. The property is very well kept, serviced, requests taken care of. You name it and MiMi will make it happen for you even massages. Loved every bit of it.

We absolutely loved our stay at Beyond Villa. The house is beautiful and huge, the view is gorgeous, and the staff are amazing. Everyone really did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. Khao is an amazing cook and we had the best meal we've had in Thailand at the house. Mimi is so cheerful and accommodating and a pleasure to work with and along with Oi they took care of our every need and request. Our stay at this villa will be talked about within our group for many years to come. Definitely an experience you don't want to miss!

David’s villa aka Beyond villa is apt for its name as it ticked all our boxes and was beyond our expectation! The villa is amazing for a big group of family or friends to stay as they have mostly all the amenities you would need! The view is SPECTACULAR and the pictures don’t do enough justice to it as it’s even prettier in person. The service staff over there are super friendly and responsive! It was really easy to communicate with them as we didn’t speak the local language but everything was well communicated and discussed! Would like to thank Mimi to accommodate majority of our asks! My friends and I are more than happy we chose villa beyond for our stay and would redo it a hundred times more if needed. The view from the infinity pool is breathtaking and we spent hours just gazing! A definite 5 stars for this place ⭐️

All of us had a superb stay at Villa Beyond. From the time of booking Khun Oi has always been contactable and very easy to communicate with. She helped me with all my questions and also helped us plan out some activities and things to do in phuket. Upon reaching the villa, MiMi was extremely welcoming and helpful and didn’t let us face any issues throughout our stay. The food cooked by the staff at the villa was absolutely delicious. Even the cleaning staff ensure that the villa was as good as new every morning before we woke up. All in all, all 13 of us had a superb stay and zero complaints. Would definitely recommend Villa Beyond to others.

I had the best time in Phuket, thanks to Khun Oi & Mimi the Villa Managers. I stayed for 7 days and they made planning my 30th birthday dinner effortless. She had contacts for cake makers, photographers, dinner menus; Everything I asked for she was able to sort out. There was constant communication, if anything wasn’t working they were there to sort it out straight away. The villa is absolutely stunning and exactly as the pictures. I will definitely be coming back with my family members this time. It was so worth it; the price, peace of mind, the area no stress just amazing. Thank you 👏🏾

The unit is beautifully located at the top of the mountain with amazing views. Mimi was our point of contact during our stay and was always present and smiling. Her recommendations hit out the park every-time! If we ever return from the US the Villa team will be who we trust with our accommodations!

I traveled with a group of 13 friends and our stay at Villa Beyond exceeded our expectations! The property: the pictures are just as shown. It’s a stunning space with lots of room for large groups. Some of the things that stood out were that fact that their were bathrooms in every room, air conditioning in each room, and incredible views in each space. Each room is cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. The staff: Absolutely amazing! They made this trip seamless for us. We sent them our itinerary and they handled everything in between. At a cost, they provide car service, a chef, party planning, grocery shopping, etc. The food: I’m speechless to how delicious each meal was. We tried a variety of set menus for each day and everything exceeded our expectations. This to know: - all extra services require a fee but the host will share that with you ahead of time. - there’s an energy charge at the end of your stay, but the host will inform you of that as well - the host asks for final payment in USD but I recommend using Thai bhat because the exchange rate is different for each bill and the staff can only accept super clean and crispy bills. I would 1000% stay here again!

Our stay at Villa Beyond was more incredible than we could’ve imagined! The house is beautifully designed and very spacious. The view is spectacular! By far the best part of the stay was the staff. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I’ve felt so special and been treated so well. They treat you like royalty and go above and beyond to make your stay incredible! The chef cooked some of the most delicious meals we had during our time in Phuket. They provide a lot of optional activities and services that they can arrange for you, which as first time travelers to Thailand, made it so easy for us. I recommend booking the Phi Phi islands boat tour through Villa Beyond. We had a private boat tour for our group of 8 with a delicious meal cooked on board. It far surpasses the boat tours where you’re cramped with 30 other strangers. If I’m ever in Phuket again (which I really hope I am!) I will not hesitate to book Villa Beyond again. It is truly a special home to stay at!

The place is just as pictured, maybe even better. Breathtaking views and extremely clean. I think the staff were my most favorite part though. They were attentive but discreet and extremely kind. This is a very well-oiled machine which made our stay much simpler as first timers in Thailand from the on demand transportation to the daily prepared breakfast. My only thing I would mention is to make sure you read the fine print before booking. There are a few charges I wish I would’ve realized before booking such as bottled water, additional rooms etc. But all in all it was a really great stay. Last thing DO NOT use the boat company they recommend (Wolfgang of Wolfgang Phuket) to see the islands they ripped us off and were terrible to work with.

This is a beautiful home in a lovely area right in beautiful Bangtao Beach . Spacious and cozy, with a comfortable beds, nice kitchen, and cozy sitting areas. Lovely staff. Very inventive, and are generally available for you day and night. Views are breathtaking… especially at night. Definitely highly recommended!

The staff here are excellent. Electricity was fairly priced. Sound system is great. Well stocked with crockery. Location was good for us (we just wanted to be together and we’re not bothered about beach access). Some bedrooms are superior to others, which is a shame when trying to pick rooms fairly. Loved the open plan living room and kitchen. And again, staff were excellent. Would stay here again with my group, we all had a great time.

Wonderful place, reasonably close to the airport, no issues with our airport transfers even though we had to arrive and leave in 2 groups. Place is huge and very nice, staff are helpful while not intrusive. I had a great time simply relaxing with my friends, and would highly recommend anyone looking for a holiday to sit back and relax at not too expensive a price.

The Villa was exactly as described in the description and our group had a fun and relaxing time during our stay there. Getting there from the airport took about 30 mins and everything was arranged meticulously by our host. The staff were excellent! Very accomodating and efficient in everything. Overall, Excellent!
