6 Bedrooms are King beds----1 bedroom is a Queenbed ----2 Bedroom can be set up either as a super king or as 2 single beds for people who do not want to share the same bed.

Villa Beyond’s open-plan living, dining and kitchen area encompasses most of the second level. Large comfortable sofas provide plenty of space for watching movies on the 60-inch TV in the cosy corner lounge, or gazing out over the infinity pool and ocean. Panels of glass doors across the front of the living area fold back to create a tropical indoor–outdoor feel.
Outdoor Living
Villa Beyond’s 12 x 4-metre infinity pool and two sun terraces merge with a promise of total relaxation. Crystal clear water cascades down the sides of the pool to the level below and loungers provide comfort on a sleepy afternoon.
A 12-seater outdoor dining table set below a white ‘sail’ shade offers an informal venue for lazy breakfasts and starlit suppers. On the rooftop is a well-kept lawn and shaded terrace with dining tables and chairs designed for hosting an intimate wedding or other special event.

The villa’s nine generously sized air-conditioned bedrooms are arranged over four levels offering discreet, private accommodation and 8 are with ocean views and 1 with a garden view. King-sized beds and chaise lounges provide luxury and comfort and large windows flood the rooms with natural light. Every room is ensuite and fitted with a dressing area and sound system. 2 rooms could be set up as 2 single beds for people who may not want to share a room.

Villa Dining Villa Beyond offers a tempting menu of Thai specialities and Western dishes. A full wine, spirits and soft drinks menu is also available. Guests are encouraged to plan their meals together with the villa chef, ideally a day in advance to allow time to buy groceries and prepare meals.
To cover the grocery shopping costs, guests are asked to provide a cash float in advance, and staff will keep all receipts from their shopping for reference. A chef or in-villa shopping service is available for THB 800, covering a grocery cost of up to THB 4,000. For grocery expenses exceeding THB 4,000 a handling fee of 20% will apply.

The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The host was super friendly and she was very responsive to all questions and concerns in regards to the house. The chef and maids were very helpful with cleaning the house and pool tidy. We had little minor issues like the water not running but it was fixed in a timely manner. Overall I would come back if I was to be back in Phuket again :)

We had a group of 15 people staying at David's place and I can't recommend it enough. The rooms, common areas, outdoors areas and facilities were all beautiful, along with a 10/10 view. The main attraction for our group was the staff. We had freshly cooked meals, people that could get us pantry provisions including alcohol at reasonable prices and they also cleaned the property every day before we were awake. Thank you for hosting us!

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
