The villa’s bright, spacious living areas offer a stylish setting to relax or entertain. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living room with natural light and provide stunning ocean views. The indoor dining area, seating up to ten, and the comfortable sofa area equipped with a 65” smart TV and Netflix, make it ideal for lounging and social gatherings.

Outdoor Living:
The focal point of Villa Sand is the expansive outdoor terrace that overlooks the lush garden and the ocean. A modern dining table accommodates ten for alfresco meals, while a separate lounge area invites you to unwind as you watch the sunset. The swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, offers a refreshing escape with unbeatable views of the Andaman Sea.

Each bedroom at Villa Sand is designed to offer a luxurious and restful retreat, ensuring guests enjoy the utmost comfort and privacy.

The villa features two master bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning ocean views. Two additional bedrooms, each with a Queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, are decorated with images of the Scandinavian archipelagos and set back from the garden. The children's room comes with twin beds that convert into four single beds, creating a perfect sleepover experience, complete with its TV. A sixth smaller room can be set up for another child or nanny.

The villa sleeps 10 adults or 8 adults and 4 children.

* Airport Transfer can be arranged on request at 1000 THB per trip with a mini-van (maximum capacity 8 passengers)

* English-speaking Villa Manager and maids are available between 8h00 am and 6h00 pm daily if there is no dinner request. After hour will be online support.

* F&B charge is at 15% service fee on the grocery bill. The service fee is also subject to 7% VAT. Minimum shopping fee is THB 500 for local and THB 1,000 for Phuket.

* Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB1,200 or 15% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater.

* A rental car is recommended. The concierge team can organise a private min-bus or taxi on request

* Security deposit of 1,000 USD payable on site in USD/EUR/THB + 10.000 THB for petty cash
