The space

The furniture was custom made to bring a beautiful well integrated finished look throughout, especially when combined with the natural colour scheme of the rest of the interior, the villa exudes a sense of peace and simplicity. Villa Amylia Ruby has an outdoor lounge area shaded by a large umbrella and the full-width windows create a more cosy home and gives you a subtle mix of living in and outdoors. The terrace runs the full length of the pool which has an integrated kids’ pool.

Technology is also a pivotal feature of this spectacular villa from integrated B&W speakers, Sonos bars, superfast WI-FI, electrical curtains, and a modern security system.

Villa Amylia Ruby's guest kitchen is equipped with a state-of-the-art induction cooking plate. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Siemens micro/oven combination, dishwasher, and family-size Liebherr fridge with freezer. Nespresso coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

The villa offers 3 luxuriously appointed double bedrooms and one kid’s room with a custom built double-length upper bunk bed and an oversized sleeping couch making the villa the perfect luxury retreat for families.

The bedroom interior style is contemporary with some tropical influences, using natural oak and stone throughout. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and one on the first floor. The master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors leading out on the sun terrace, overlooking the infinity pool, the sea, and the island Koh Matlang. Guest bedroom 1 with floor-to-ceiling windows offers a breathtaking view, overlooking the sea and the mountaintops. The Garden room on the lower level has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening up to a private terrace and garden with a breathtaking sea view. Each bedroom has its own en-suite facilities with the master bedroom having a stand-alone bath.

Our villa can comfortably host a total of 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children/young teenagers.

Guest access

Guests have full and exclusive access to all areas of the villa apart from staff areas and the one closed bedroom.

Extra Bedding & Child Policy
• Extra bed is available at USD 75++ per night per person inclusive of daily breakfast.
• Under 2 years old stay for free sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
• Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 p.m. A minimum of 4 hours in advance booking is required.
