Had a lovely stay in a beautiful location. The villa staff was super helpful and catering with the biggest smiles on. Would highly recommend!

Not sure if we can recommend this place due to the following: - the villa was located on a cliff and very difficult to drive up and park - way too many mosquitoes inside the villa. We were not able to even eat meals without trying to kill mosquitoes so don’t even think about relaxing in the living room. - poor communication from villa manager- we informed them 2 days before check in that we would like to have bbq the first night. At 4pm on the day they told my friends that we need to get our own charcoal…they had not even bothered to mention this to me earlier when I first checked into the villa - the pool is very small, it doesn’t even look like a pool The villa is spacious and has 6 bedrooms. Most of the bedrooms are pretty nice and have balcony with view. Overall we had a good time but don’t think we will be staying here again.

During my stay.... I loved the view over the sea, and for the sake of cleanliness, it was so nice to stay next to the accommodation from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, wash the dishes from time to time, and clean them. The location of the accommodation is on a very steep hill, so if you don't travel by car, you have to walk up the hill very hard, so you must rent a car from the airport to get around comfortably. All the facilities were the same as what was shown, but there was no washing machine and dryer. The staff were all friendly and responded kindly to the various needs, so it was very convenient during my stay, and it was especially suitable for a large family of 8 adults and 7 children to stay in a room and a bathroom (add a toddler bed), so it is perfect for a large family to enjoy a trip to Phuket together. You can also eat breakfast for an additional fee. When using the barbecue, if you book in the morning, we will prepare all the ingredients. Pick up the airport by car

AMAZING!!!!!!!!! YOU WONT REGRET THIS WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Words cannot express how well Jum Jum and company took care of my guests and I. I recommended villa namaste and villa beyond 1000%. This place is VERY clean, perfect for big groups...a lot of space for everyone. The showers were modern, hot, great plumbing. You are catered to Like Kings and queens. The food is amazing and is made to order fresh every day. Everything is cost effective as well. Jum Jum; is truly an angel. Heaven sent. our experience in Phuket was beyond amazing. She communicated exceptionally, & made herself available at all times. She went out her way to suggest different excursions and help us book. Ryan , Ya Ya, the two other servers and the cook, and Nate the driver were alllllll very hospitable. We loved them!

This villa was amazing! It fit all 9 of us comfortably with plenty space to relax. The concierge was very helpful with booking activities and providing suggestions. The chefs were also a great addition and the food was great. My only complaint is that the villa was on a very steep hill, which made for great views but horrible for our van to make it up the hill on rainy days. We had to hike up the hill multiple times thought out the stay. Other than that the place was fantastic.

We had an amazing time at David's villa. From the time of check in till check out it was a very comfortable experience. The staff (Jum Jum, Ryan and the chef) were very courteous and were just a phone call away. They made sure all our demands/queries were met timely. The villa was massive and beautiful with an amazing scenic view from all 3 floors. It was very well maintained with good modern facilities. One of the a/c's broke down which couldn't get fixed in time but you cant hold that against the villa as all other things were spot on. Would definitely recommend for a big group.

we had a group of 13 of us and we were welcomed by Jum Jum on arrival and from the very beginning she went above and beyond for us - nothing was a problem and she was attentitive to everything! the chef and maids were amazing and the quality of food was outstanding! Can’t wait to stay here again!

5 star Villa. I've stayed in many Airbnbs across multiple countries and I have to say David and Oi's property definitely just topped the list. From the moment I booked the villa I've had exceptional service. I proposed to my long term girlfriend on the rooftop patio. Oi & JJ helped me organize everything from a professional photographer to flower bouquets and the entire setup. The staff led by JJ were excellent. Uncle is an amazing chef! I've stayed with 9 people and we were never short on space. Top class villa, breathtaking views, amazing staff and exceptional experience has earned Villa Namaste a 5 star review. I would rate the villa higher if I could. Highly recommend for big groups. The pictures do not do it justice. Worth every dollar. Beyond all expectations! We will definitely be back! Kap khun krap!

It was a very enjoyable stay and the villa was kept very clean. The layout of the building was beautiful and all staff were extremely helpful and wanted to go above and beyond to help make our stay memorable. The only slight downfall is the location however it was made clear prior to booking where it was in comparison to places we were visiting during our stay. Also i would advise other guests to keep an eye on what you are using from the minibar and enquire about costs of meals cooked by the chef as we felt it was quite expensive however the food was very nice.

The villa is just the same with the photos and even better than that. I would love to recommend everyone who want to enjoy a spacious villa stay with group of friends and spend most of the time in villa. This villa is definitely the highlight of our trip. I have a group of 12 person and all are impressed by the villa’s facilities, hospitalities from amazing staff, stunning view etc. 1) Their staff are very responsive, helpful and friendly, communication is the best. 2) The view from most of the bedrooms/pool/living room are really amazing and impressive. 3) Many common area for gathering, dinning, playing games and more than enough for 12pax. I might miss something but I am sure what I am missing to write are all the good things! :) p.s. oh yes..we requested a seafood bbq for 1 night, thats was sooooo good, food were delicious, seafood were very fresh including lobster when price was very reasonable. In the beginning we thought we can handle the bbq ourselves and it would be more fun, but at the end we found out that was very hot..haha and nothing better than you just sit there and enjoy while someone will cook it for you. Strongly recommend you guys to reserve 1 meal to try! Thank you so much for the team who make our stay so comfortable and relax. (wanted to give 10stars if possible)

This is the best experience I ever had. There's nothing perfect in the world, but there are people would do everything to make your life better, staffs working in this villa are this kind of people. Clients were taking care very well, I wish I could give 6 stars for this beautiful villa and nice staff. oi is a really kind person， She will try her best to do everything you want, make you feel like home, so as jum. I would definitely choose this again and again, Also I want to recommend to all of you.

Highly recommended for large groups. There were 8 of us and the house can fit up to 12 with its 6 bedrooms. We had a great weekend there! The house is tastefully decorated, equipped with SONOS sound system and the service was top-notch. There was a chef who cooked us lunch and breakfast - the prices were more expensive than the local food you can get in town, but you pay for the convenience. I would rate the homecooked food at 7/10. Arranging transport was easy and fast - a 15 minutes headsup was all they needed. The check-in process was seamless as well. Rian, the butler, was Indonesian and spoke Indonesian, English and Thai, so it was easy for us to communicate with the staff. There was a manager, Jum Jum, who was always available on Whatsapp to help us. Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Phuket. :) Thank you!!

The villa itself was very nice and met our family's expectations. The only downside was the pool was a bit small. As other reviewers also mentioned, the slope up the villa was really steep. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Bangtao beach or Laguna. Lots of stalls down the hill for some local thai foods. 7-Eleven just down the slope. Just around 5 mins away is Tesco. But you definitely need a car, you can't walk down the hill as the slope is too steep, too dangerous especially when you are with little ones and elderly. My family of 11 people all loved the villa. Jum Jum always come over to check if we need any help and very eager to help. Sukati and the other helpers were very hardworking and very hospitable. We had a great time at the villa. Thanks to all the helpers at Villa Namaste.

David, Jum and the staff were great. They provided great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Their hospitality were so helpful during our trip. The villa was perfect for the holiday with our group of friends. I would recommend the villa for anybody looking for a place to stay.

There is no way to walk by yourself. Transportation can be arranged by the team there. I didn’t do any price comparison but we re so far happy and enjoy the day we stayed. If you are love to swim , communicate better with the team in advance and ensure it can be used on the first day u arrived.

Great house for couples wanting a gorgeous view and quite surroundings. If you plan on using your own transportation, make sure it has a low gear and plenty of clearance to get up the hill.

We booked this villa for my family trip and there were 7 adults & 2 kids. Villa is clean and spacious, which I believe can hold up to 12 pax. There were 2 extra rooms which we did not utilised. Villa sits on top of a hill and the slope up can be very steep. We used the driver, S on a daily basis to get to Phuket Town, Surin Beach, etc. S is very friendly and helpful as well, very accommodating to our family kids request all the time, eg. turning on YouTube for English songs. Driver’s charges are reasonable too - highly recommend! It is very convenient to get the Chef to cook for us in the villa. The villa is also refreshed and cleaned everyday when we head out, ensuring the beds are made properly every time when we are back. David is very kind to check in on us during our stay, to ensure everything is ok. Definitely coming back again to try Villa Beyond!

This villa is far better than our expectation. Nice view, 5 stars service, all the staff here are so nice and work really hard to satisfy all our requirements. Especially the house keepers Oi and Jun, will get back to our request at the first time and try hard to make it. By the way, the in house chefs are sooooooo good. No matter breakfast, lunch or dinner, they can serve it on time and properly, and it tastes really good. Nice decoration, nice swimming pool, nice sea view. Also they can provide entertainment show and Bartender for any parties in house. Our whole stay here is perfectly perfect.

David and his team were very hospitable during my stay at this villa. My family of 8 went to his place for vacation and we’re more than satisfied with the staff service and house cleanliness. The staffs were very helpful when we needed help and assistance. We ordered a couple of home cooked meals from the menu and were very pleased with the outcome, I’d definitely recommend people to try the chefs cooking! The house was very clean and was more beautiful than what we expected! We would definitely come back again next time!

Very good environment, the service staff is very welcoming, communication is a little inconvenient, the facilities are complete, the location needs to climb the mountain at the top of the mountain, there is basically no way to get out without a car.Very quiet.

Place is very nice and well kept. David is very responsive to all the queries we had. Khun Oi and Sue were really helpful in recommendations of local things to do and eat. Sue even helped us translate our requests to the driver as he was not fluent in English. A couple of issues though (not due to host's fault): (1) Pool not very suited for young children. We had 5 young kids (all below 5) with us and brought floats along. But we didn't realise as it was an infinity pool, it was dangerous as the floats could simply go over the edge. (2) The hill is really steep! On one of the occasions the van broke down half way cause it was so steep that we had to get down and walk. Which is not great when you have to lug grocceries and carry children up. Thankfully it only happened once. (3) For 1-2 meals there was mis-comm with the staff so there were a couple of dishes that we ordered that weren't served. When we enquired we were told the ingredients weren't available at the market and hence couldn't be cooked. Which is fine, only that the staff didn't tell us until we asked. Overall, pleasant experience if you want a place to just relax and not go out too often. It really is quite a serene and tranquil place to hang out. I would recommend it more for groups of friends or family with older children.

Excellent staff. Beautiful Villa. Great communication with host. Only downside during our stay was the outdoor hot tub and master bedroom tub were not working for the entire stay. Apart from that everything was perfect.

David and the entire team were able to help me with everything I needed before we arrived to the country! They were quick to reply and went out of their way to make this experiences an amazing one we will never forget!!! The villa was STUNNING!! The service was AMAZING!! And the food... needless to say was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Best food ever eaten in Thailand (and we frequent the country very often). I am happy to say that we will see you again next year and for many years to come!!!
