Villa Beyond-Namaste is a Private Luxury Villa with Breathtaking Views of the Andaman Sea. It's 16 Bedrooms all with en-suite Bathrooms guarantee comfort for up to 32 guests. For a small extra charge we can set up sofa beds to easily fit 36 and with extra beds 40 or more.

Villa Beyond alone offers enough space that up to 60+ people will not feel crowded in its single level lounge, dining and pool terrace area.

In Villa Beyond with the inside and out door dining tables there is ample space to dine 28 or more people. So everybody can enjoy meals or breakfast together. Served from our in-house chef and villa staff.

The Seaviews are nothing but breathtaking from Villa Beyond-Namaste; Not only from the common areas but from 11 of the 13 bedrooms. This luxury private villa is set on a lush green hillside bordering a waterfall and facing the Andaman Sea. The ambiance is cool, calm, and serene and villa guests are attended by a team of welcoming staff who ensure a restful and luxurious stay.
The 13 bedroom suites provide discreet hideaways with large, comfortable
beds and panoramic views, particularly from the 3 master suites with their massive soaker tub and jacuzzi, big enough for two. Every bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and sound system.
The interior of the villa is stylishly simple, with neutral color schemes and plush
Fabrics. The elegant furnishings are custom-made, sculptures have an Asian
influence and the art has been chosen for its modern originality.---------------------------------------------


Each villa has its own indoor lounge area with Bi-Folding doors opening the complete lounge up directly to the pool enabling large groups separate areas if needed. blissful morning lounging at the poolside or under the shaded pavilion watching
the procession of boats in the brilliant sunshine over the Andaman Sea. Then, as
the sun goes down, the lights of the neighborhood and the stars slowly appear.
Sip an exotic cocktail before enjoying a delicious Thai feast on the dining terrace,
and relax to the cool caress of the evening breeze.
Just a short drive from Bang Tao and its long stretch of fine sand, the villa is reached by a private road and is an idyllic setting for couples, friends, and families to holiday.

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast on the sail-shaded outdoor dining terrace, or up on the
rooftop where there is nothing to disturb the peace. Bliss out with a massage
and delight in the delicious Thai dishes prepared by your in-villa chef. As

The villa’s 16 generously sized air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms are arranged over four levels offering discreet, private accommodation; eleven with ocean views and two with garden views. King-sized beds in 11 of the bedrooms and 2 with double beds. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and fitted with a dressing area, outside terrace and Sonos music system allows you to play different music in each bedroom.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Two Master Suites--------------------------------------------------

Situated center stage on the third floor of each villa is the master suite. These
rooms are designed for romance and the highlight is a large private sun deck with spectacular island views. Both the super-comfortable bed and the Jacuzzi tub in the ensuite bathroom look out towards the ocean.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Guest Bedrooms 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 & 11 ----------------------------------

In each villa there are three guest bedrooms on the third level of each villa; two are positioned either sider of the master suite and also have private balconies with ocean and island views. The third is towards the back of the villa and overlooks the green hillside. Each is furnished with a large king-size bed or double and chaise lounge and fitted with a his and hers closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The villa’s design is such that none of the guest suited on these floors have connecting walls, so privacy is exceptional.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Guest Bedroom 5 & 6----------------------------------------------------
Down on the first level of Villa Beyond are two guest bedrooms; their discreet location makes them particularly private. Up at the rooftop level in Villa Beyond is bedroom seven, with windows looking out over the hillside behind, the roof terrace and the ocean to the front. There are two complete dining areas both with the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Breakfast or meals can be served separately in each dining area if so desired or all together in the expansive dining area of Villa Beyond.
A full wine and spirits menu is also available.
The chef is happy to make suggestions for Thai dishes, and will shop at local
market for the freshest ingredients. If you have any special requests or dietary
needs, just let the chef or villa manager know.

Other things to note

- Electricity is included up to 600 units (300 per villa) per day which is plenty with normal usage and turning the AC off when not in the room. Further units are 7 Baht per unit.
we also have large Solar systems on the roof so the electrical usage is quite low.

- Airport transfers can be arranged for 1,200THB per van per way.

Required: 2000 USD or any currency equivalent to 2000 usd as security Deposit on arrival.

To cover the grocery shopping costs, guests are asked to provide a cash float in advance, and staff will keep all receipts from their shopping for reference. A chef or in-villa shopping service is available for THB 800, covering a grocery cost of up to THB 4,000. For grocery expenses exceeding THB 4,000 a handling fee of 20% will apply.
