Villa Beyond-Namaste is perfect for Parties, Corporate functions, Family Reunions, Weddings or Photoshoots. We can easily accommodate 30 People without extra beds and up to 40 or more with extra beds.
Our team can organize with you small Weddings, Parties, and Events without hiring an expensive Event planner. For larger events we work seamlessly with professional event organizers.

Hidden away on end of a private road just minutes from Bangtao and Surin Beaches.

Villa Beyond-Namaste offers enough space that up to 60+ people events could be entertained in its single level lounge, dining and pool terrace area.
Giving large groups plenty of room to be together as well as plenty of space to chill out in separate groups if so desired.
In Villa Beyond-Namaste with the inside and outdoor dining tables there is ample space to dine 30 or more people. So everybody in your group can enjoy meals or breakfast together. Served from our in-house chef and villa staff.

The Direct Seaviews are nothing but breathtaking from Villa Beyond-Namaste; Not only from the common areas but from 13 of the 15 full en-bedrooms. This luxury private villa is set on a lush green hillside bordering a waterfall and facing the Andaman Sea. The ambiance is cool, calm, and serene and villa guests are attended by a team of welcoming staff who ensure a restful and luxurious stay.
The 16 bedroom suites provide discreet hideaways with large, comfortable
beds and panoramic views, particularly from the 3 master suites with their massive soaker tub big enough for two. Every bedroom is equipped with a Sonos sound system and Internet TV can be set up in the rooms upon request.
The interior of the villa is stylishly simple, with neutral color schemes and plush
Fabrics. The elegant furnishings are custom-made, sculptures have an Asian
influence and the art has been chosen for its modern originality.---------------------------------------------


Each villa has its own indoor lounge area with Bi-Folding doors opening the complete lounge up directly to the pool enabling large groups separate areas if needed. With a total of 4 outdoor terraces and 2 separate rooftop areas there is plenty of room for large groups to find a quiet place to relax or join the main group in Villa Beyond main lounge area. ----------------------------------------------------------

Awash with atmosphere, the villas extend gracefully across four levels allowing
guests to revel in an abundance of space. After a lazy al fresco breakfast, spend a
blissful morning lounging at the poolside or under the shaded pavilion watching
the procession of boats in the brilliant sunshine over the Andaman Sea. Then, as
the sun goes down, the lights of the neighborhood and the stars slowly appear.
Sip an exotic cocktail before enjoying a delicious Thai feast on the dining terrace,
and relax to the cool caress of the evening breeze.
Just a short drive from Bang Tao and its long stretch of fine sand, the villa is reached by a private road and is an idyllic setting for couples, friends, and families to holiday.

Enjoy a relaxing breakfast on the sail-shaded outdoor dining terrace, or up on the
rooftop where there is nothing to disturb the peace. Bliss out with a massage
and delight in the delicious Thai dishes prepared by your in-villa chef. As

Of the villa’s 16 generously sized air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms are arranged over four levels offering discreet, private accommodation; eleven with ocean views and two with garden views.
9 Bedrooms are King beds----1 bedrooms are Queen----6 Bedrooms are Super King that could be set up as 2 large single beds for people who do not want to share the same bed.
- Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and are fitted with a dressing area, outside terrace and Sonos music system allows you to play different music in each bedroom

There are two complete dining areas both with the choice of indoor or outdoor dining. Breakfast or meals can be served separately in each dining area if so desired or all together in the expansive dining area of Villa Beyond.
A full wine and spirits menu is also available.
The chef is happy to make suggestions for Thai dishes, and will shop at local
market for the freshest ingredients. If you have any special requests or dietary
needs, just let the chef or villa manager know.

Other things to note

- Electricity is included up to 600units per day which is plenty with normal usage and turning the AC off when not in the room. Further units are 7 Baht per unit.
we also have large Solar systems on the roof so the electrical usage is quite low.

- Airport transfers can be arranged for 1,200THB per van per way.

Required: 2000 USD or any currency equivalent to 2000 usd as security Deposit on arrival.

The villa is 9 bedroom. The Airbnb price is based on double occupancy from 7 bedrooms, which is for 14 guests. So If you book for 14 people we will open 7 bedrooms. If you book for 16 people we will open 8 bedrooms. If you want the whole villa 9 bedrooms and are only 9 people then please book for 18 to open all bedrooms.

For further beds
6 bedrooms have a sofa beds or extra beds which we could set up at USD50++ per bed per night. Further extra beds are available upon request.

Rate on Airbnb, it will be based on 7 bedroom rate with 14 guests maximum, you will be charged additional USD50++ per additional guest, which mean to open each additional bedroom will be calculated as 2 guests charged.

To cover the grocery shopping costs, guests are asked to provide a cash float in advance, and staff will keep all receipts from their shopping for reference. A chef or in-villa shopping service is available for THB 800, covering a grocery cost of up to THB 4,000. For grocery expenses exceeding THB 4,000 a handling fee of 20% will apply.
