To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).
We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:
Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)
Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day
Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)
Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

Overall, this was a very practical place to stay in a very nice, quiet and upscale location - and a good value. That said, there were a couple of issues:
1. The entire building is under scaffolding, and there were scaffold platforms and ladders directly outside every window in the flat. Although they didn't work right outside the apartment, for all I knew they start could at any time, so I ended up mostly keeping the shades shut during the day. The work they did elsewhere was loud (yelling, banging) and began around 8:30am. The scaffolding also obstructed what otherwise would have been a very nice view out of the living room. This should have been disclosed in the listing (it was not).
2. I followed the instructions to contact to be buzzed in to the outer door when I first arrived, but it took over an hour to receive a reply. Luckily the outer door happened to be unlocked so I could walk in, but this might have been a serious problem.

Terrific neighborhood, nice flat. Bart was incredible with his super-responsive communication. We traveled with a 13-month-old, and Bart kindly provided a pack-n-play and high chair-immensely helpful! He also provided the crib details so that we were able to buy sheets in advance.
Lovely to have a lift, dishwasher and washing machine in central London, even if one definitely pays for the conveniences and location. Plenty of washing liquid, detergent, TP, etc provided. All of the basics were more than covered.
Bathroom shower is rather cramped (coming from a 5’4”, 115 lb woman), but the towel warmer keeps the room toasty and helps dry out towels quickly. Plenty of hot water, too!

Fire Safety - No smoking indoors (including vapes) or in the courtyard. - No open flames—this includes candles, fireworks, or lanterns. - Do not cover electric radiators—use the provided airer for drying clothes. - Keep communal areas clear—these are emergency exits. - EV charging (including e-bikes/scooters) from domestic sockets is not allowed. 4. Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
