The genteel urban village of Muswell Hill centres on the Broadway, lined with delis, fashion boutiques, chic cafes, and international restaurants. Alexandra Park has playgrounds, woods, and a boating lake, as well as the hilltop Alexandra Palace, a 19th-century edifice with panoramic city views, that hosts gigs and events. Walking trails criss-cross Highgate Wood, home to sports pitches and a cafe.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift).

To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

Thank you for a great stay 😊 Pros: - On a lovely high street with great coffee shops/ brunch venues - Comfy beds, light airy rooms - Beautiful view from living area over London - Close to Alexandra Palace and Muswell Hill station Cons: - Walls between adjacent flat are thin - we could hear them and they could hear us - unfortunately despite keeping chatter and music to a minimum during a birthday event, the neighbours were very sensitive to noise - I appreciate the hosts aren’t able to do anything about this, but something to be aware of when booking

This is an exceptional AirBNB and was perfect for my family stay! Clean, easy to use, beautiful views! Right on the high street but not too noisy. Great service! If you want to be in North London area this a great great spot!

The house was fairly clean and well equipped, overall comfortable. The only downside is that it is located on a dark inner street, and access is via a staircase that is not convenient, especially with children and a stroller. Bart was always available and helpful for any need.
