Alexandra Park has playgrounds, woods, and a boating lake, as well as the hilltop Alexandra Palace, a 19th-century edifice with panoramic city views, that hosts gigs and events. Walking trails criss-cross Highgate Wood, home to sports pitches and a cafe.

The flat is on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift).

To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

Wonderful location with easy access to restaurants and shops. The view from the breakfast table was the best in all of London! Due to location being downtown and among other flats there is noise until late at night. Even though we were with kids it was worth the noises of city living to be in an area of such convenience. Great hosts, great communication and easy to access venue. Would stay here again!

We loved that little flat. We live locally (!) but are undergoing some works so we had to seek alternative accommodation for a week. Couldnt have been any better. The place is central, we had the most beautiful light in the early morning and we got to see the London fireworks from the living room windows. Absolute gem! Would rebook in an instant! Thanks ever so much.
