Place is quite spacious compared to other apartments in this price range at Business Bay. However maintenance is average, especially bathroom, and there is construction noise from a nearby site at the moment. Only one set ot towels is provided. Car parking access was listed but took two days of a lot of back and forth messages to get a non tunctioning access card for garage. Response iltime is tardy.
