Le studio de Denis est très bien situé! Juste à côté de la station Paddington qui désert plusieurs lignes très centrales à Londres!
Il est fonctionnel et bien équipé.
Les instructions pour remise de clés sont très claires et simples.
Il est seulement plus petit que j’imaginais notamment la salle de bain qui est assez étroite. Mais ça fait l’affaire! Idéal pour un couple mais légèrement trop petit avec un bébé.
Mais nous avons passé un bon séjour. Et Denis a été un hôte très réactif et a pris soin de nous satisfaire !

My mum and I stayed at the place for 3 nights and the overall experience was great - the flat looked exactly like the photos, it was clean and really well equipped.
The area was quiet, not crowded, a 3-min walk to stores, great restaurants and Paddington Station, which is one of the best serviced stations in whole London.
The stairs to the apartment though are quite annoying and required caution, if the weather is bad, it might be an issue.
The front door to the building caused us a lot of trouble, we couldn’t at all open it at first, thanks to one of the hosts and his help, we got inside, but it was a problem for us to handle it throughout the whole journey.
Also, the window didn’t open, but it might have been our fault (we didn’t ask how to open it)
The whole MoreThanStays team were responsive and helpful, gave us clear instructions and tented to our needs.
We had an okay stay altogether :)

Eu adorei a estadia. A casa é ótima e acomoda muito bem 2 pessoas. É proximo a estação de Paddington e de muitos pontos turísticos. Os móveis são novos e o apartamento bem conservado.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war perfekt, die Bahnstation war schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend.

Deny is a generous attention giving host, answer any questions fast and helpful. Room is clean and space for two people to cook & eat meal in. Location is super convenient with Paddington accessibility to many areas in London, plus a short walk to Hyde Park.

Wonderful and helpful hosts, they checked in with us during our stay to ensure the apartment was what we needed it to be, and to ensure it was clean enough for us. It absolutely was. I will say it was terribly hot, no A/C. Great location, very close to Paddington station, and yet still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!!

Very convenient location, near Picadilly train and tube station. Direct train to airport. Quiet. Only suggestion is to turn down the water temperature, as the hot was dangerously scalding.

This Airbnb in Paddington is fantastic! It’s just a minute’s walk from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

الموقع مميز، المكان نظيف، و لكن توجد ملاحظة حيث ان حجم الحمام غير مريح حيث اني واجهت صعوبة اثناء الاستحمام وذلك لان المكان صغير جدًا
كذلك طريقة الدخول حيث ان استلام و تسليم المفاتيح مجهدة قليلا و يفضل وضع صندوق برقم سري بجوار مكان الاقامه توضع به المفاتيح و ذلك لتسهيل العملية.

Conveniently located a block away from Paddington Station, this is a pretty well connected spot to take National and other London lines.
Apartment was cozy, organized and very clean and well though-out. Our hosts were very responsive for any concerns we had. We loved our stay and it provided pretty good value for the amount we paid.

لقد امضيت 4 ليالي في العقار، في البداية لم يعجبني نظام استلام المفتاح من مكان اخر اذ انني اتيت مع عائلتي وطفلتي الرضيعة و 3 شنط كبيرة كان من الصعب الذهاب للسوبرماركت الذي يبعد 7 دقائق سيراً على الاقدام اضطررت ان استقل سيارة اجرة بـ 10 جنية بريطاني زيادةً على قيمة التوصيل من المطار للعقار .. كان داني وشركاؤه متعاونين والعقار موقعه ممتاز قريباً من الهايد بارك ووسائل النقل العام .. كانت الشقة ضيقة وتحتاج الى بعض التجديد كتغيير سجاد الارضية المتهالك و وسائد السرير التي كانت غير مريحة ابداً وشرشف السرير الذي ليس على مقاس الحشوة الداخلية ولكن هناك كل ما نحتاجه في الشقة، والاهم انها كانت نظيفة جداً في حين وصولنا ..

Great little apartment that has packed a whole lot of value into a small space. Nice separated living area from sleeping quarters. Very nice kitchen and bathroom areas, both recently renovated. Street just what you expeact in London - picture perfect - and only 300m from Paddington Station (and Queen Victoria Line to get you to and from Heathrow with ease). Able to cook if you wish. Light and bright. despite being in the basement. Washing machine was greatly appreciated. Plenty of dining options a walk away from the apartment. Only 1km walk to Hyde Park / the Serpentine.

The guys were really helpful and allowed us to drop our bags at the apartment early to save lugging them around with us on our first day until check-in time. Thanks!!

Bed is a double and hard up against a wall, so tricky to get in and out if there are two of you. Shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom, so you need to be organised for your shower or things will get wet! Having said that, for the price for the facilities offered and location, it was worth the minor inconvenience.

The place was perfect for a short stay, the location itself was convenient and the hosts were very welcoming and responsive. All the amenities worked well and the airbnb was clean and tidy. Would stay here again for future trips

Good location

It all just seemed a little cheap, basic and a bit worn in a basement flat in a creepy corridor. To check in I was basically asked if I wanted to pay a £250 deposit which I'd get back or £20 contribution to the cleaning fee, which I felt was an unnecessary addition considering it went through booking.com, and also pushes people into paying the £20 because otherwise it's gonna take forever to get back the £250, and you don't know what the owner is going to say. The bed was tiny, it wasn't the cleanest place and thankfully I didn't have to be inside it too long as it didn't give me much of a positive vibe while being in there. Perhaps it's cheap for the area, but the pictures and reviews made it seem like it was going to be much better.

This place is fine for a short stay however it’s quite dingy and overpriced for what it is.
It’s a very small basement flat with a an uncomfortable bathroom. I felt I should have stayed in a local hotel instead. Deny seems a pleasant person however I was glad I wasn’t staying longer there.

This was the perfect place of my ten-day trip to London. It's brilliantly designed and manages to be both cozy and spacious at the same time. Since it's only a block from Paddington the transit access is fabulous, and yet the flat is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well-stocked and great for light cooking. The shower has a hand-held wand and tons of hot water. I will definitely stay here again.

The flat is very well designed down to the smallest detail to maximize the available space. The floor and wall finishes are of a high standard and the bed is very comfortable. The flat was very quiet, being set off the main road. This is a lovely and comfortable place for a few nights stay in central London. Perfect for working trips for the single traveler.
