Very responsive and helpful, we were able to keep our luggage in the corridor before the check in and also Bart allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment until the Uber came at 4.15pm. That was a great help!

Had a good stay with my family, apartment had everything you need. The place is a bit noisy with old Street right outside and you could hear the neighbours quite a bit. Communication with Bart was excellent and check-in and check-out was very easy!

Comfortable apartment, as advertised. Gets a bit warm when the weather is warm out, and opening the windows can allow a few mosquitoes to get in, so keep that in mind in the summer months. But the apartment was clean, comfortable, and I very much enjoyed my 6 night stay

Bart is the most professional host I've run into. check in was easy. The apartment is in a great location. We like white-noise so we are used to the hustle and bustle of the city. The rental bikes are SO close by as well as 3 markets and the tube. A great center point to enjoy London.

Very well-equipped accommodation, very pleasant to live in,in a lively and friendly neighborhood. We came as a family. Very nice, secluded room for the night. Pleasant living room sofa to sleep. Living neighborhood including night so street noise that can bother those who have a light sleep. Great place, great contact with Bart at the top

We had a very pleasant week, the apartment is very well located close to all amenities in a quiet area. Easily accessible thanks to a host who is attentive and responds very quickly! I recommend it.
