The flat is on the 2nd floor, accessible via stairs only (no lift).
The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).
We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:
Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)
Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day
Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)
Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)
In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

Bart's place is great! As pictured and in a prime location. He was very responsive and accommodating; we actually booked the morning of our stay and Bart quickly got the flat ready for our arrival. Perfect for two people (the front room where the pull out beds are is very loud from street noise). Would stay again if in the area!

Cleanliness - Remove outdoor shoes inside the apartment. - Follow the online manual for rubbish disposal. 5. Pets - Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance. - Approved pets require an extra cleaning fee. - Pets must never be left unattended. - If travelling with pets, contact us for guidance on suitable spaces.
