I will try to give both pros and cons. Will start with pros: - nicely decorated apartment . With taste. Actually that was the first reason why we took it. Not every owner who is renting his place will dedicated same much time into interior design. First impression was really great when we checked IN. - good TV with sound system, good bed&mattresses, same as good pillows. - rather big apartment, two master bedrooms, nice living room - big and good washing machine and it’s located in a separate place, so less noise. - management team is rather quick and efficient - convenient parking, near the elevator And now contras: 1) cockroaches.. so one in kitchen and then one in bedroom.. Managment team proposed some light pest control but we decided not to go for it as we were with kids 2) very dirty floor on check in. Our socks became black quickly 3) hot water supply / electricity / canalization - all that of not a great quality and we faced some issues. Nothing huge but still
