Guest access
The flat is entirely for your use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the shared yard area clean and the noise down, especially at night after 10 PM.

The flat is on the ground floor, and there are no steps to access it.
Other things to note
To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

In-person check-in or luggage assistance – Please request well in advance to guarantee availability:

We were a group of 7 people (4 adults and 3 kids) very well accommodated. The house is decently equipped and conveniently located near the Piccadilly line. The neighborhood is quiet, surrounded by Finsbury Park and offers a variety of restaurants, pubs and markets within walking distance. There are two opportunities to enhance the experience (for summer visitors only):
- The rooms do not have blackouts. In the summer they light up around 5am, which can be an inconvenience.
- the front room gets really hot very early and takes a long time to cool down. One of the windows doesn’t open as it’s sealed which makes room ventilation inefficient.
Anyway, we had a great experience there and I do recommend this place.
