Guest access
The flat is entirely for your use and not shared with anyone. Please respect the neighbours by keeping the shared yard area clean and the noise down, especially at night after 10 PM.

The flat is on the ground floor, with just one small step at the front door and a slightly raised shower.
Other things to note
To help protect our community and ensure a smooth check-in experience, we use a secure Guest Portal powered by BoomNow and Truvi (a leading guest-screening provider). Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to complete a quick pre-check-in form. Depending on your booking details, you may be asked to verify your ID as part of this secure process.

The Guest Portal will also include an apartment guide, access details with photos and an access code which will become available at your booked check-in time (usually 3 PM).

We also offer a few optional extras not included in your Airbnb reservation, which can be arranged after booking:

Early or late check-out – £15 per additional hour (before 3 PM or after 10 AM, subject to availability)

Extra bedding sets – £30 per set, delivered by our laundry on your chosen day

Mid-stay refresh clean – £66 (light clean, no linen change)

Baby equipment hire – £30 (cot without bedding, baby bath, high chair)

Location was perfect being walking distance from Finsbury Park, Bart sorted us out with parking for the weekend and the apartment felt big enough for 4 of us. The check-in was clear and Bart was very quick to respond to any messages. Thank you!

Although the apartment seemed adequate in terms of facilities, it contained many negative aspects. First of all, the bed was very small and uncomfortable. The kitchenware was old and worn out. Especially the pans were very old and were spreading cancer. Also, the apartment cleaning was inadequate. Unfortunately, the duvet covers and pillows were full of hair.

The experience in collecting the key was difficult, as we were expected to pay additional finds to access a link that would require us to acess the password to the key safe. Upon leaving it was even more difficult to access the code again so as to ensure the jey could be put back in the safe. We had to call the property owner/manager directly to get a code.

The unit we stayed in was nothing like the picture above. In fact the only thing similiar was the bedding. The unit was not clean as there was hair all over the apartment i.e. on the couch, on the towels, on the floor etc... The ironing board had stains on it and the shower was very difficult to operate in terms of getting the correct temperature for a warm shower.

La decoración, el espacio y el jardín. Está bien equipada con cafetera, tostadora lavadora-secadora, plancha, etc... A diez minutos andando de la estación de metro y con supermercados cerca

El sofá cama no es muy cómodo y el tragaluz no bajaba la cortina y de madrugada entraba mucha luz (05 am). Nos coincidió una ola de calor y no dispone de aire acondicionado, pero por la noche, que es cuando estábamos en el alojamiento, refrescaba y se descansaba bien
