the house is very nice. Unfortunately, it was not very clean, under the chairs and in the baseboards there were 3 fingers of dust, the shower was full of limestone. Well-stocked in the products for the house. The floors are very noisy, you have to be careful to walk so as not to bother people downstairs, and with the children it is a little difficult. The same problem is obviously the ones on us who made annoying noise until 1.30 am. The house is well furnished and the spaces are right. The sofa bed is not usable

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I usually get nervous booking with property groups because I expect slow responses, but this experience was the total opposite! The team went above and beyond to make everything seamless from check-in to checkout. Bart, who managed the property, was amazing—super responsive, clear with instructions, and even let me drop my bags off early, which was so kind. The place itself is exactly as pictured and beautiful- modern yet cozy, spotless, and stocked with everything you could need (pots, pans, dishes, towels, sheets, etc.). The location is great too—just a short walk to the bus stop, shops, and a gym. I had an amazing stay and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Stayed at this place for a few days with my family. Easy to find & as described in description. Lovely outdoor bit, was just what we needed for a few days. Would highly recommend this place and will certainly use it again in future!

Great place, close to local tube stations and bus stops. Easy to get into and clean. Was definitely worth the money but could’ve been slightly cheaper. However, no complaints, attentive staff and great service :)

An amazing location, just steps from the metro and bus stops, with plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops, and a variety of dining options nearby.

In a good location for Emirates Stadium and close to train and bus to town. Check-in and communication were great and easy.

the location of the flat was perfect for our stay! the neighborhood was very calm and quiet and the nearest tube station is just a few minutes away. the check-in went smoothly and bart was very thorough with all the information needed for the entirety of our stay. the flat looked exactly like the photos and the size of the sofa bed was a pleasant surprise! however there were cobwebs in the corners of the windows and next to the shower which was unpleasant.. overall the flat was great but some areas could’ve been cleaner.

This is a great apartment in north London. My boyfriend and I visited London for Christmas and I picked this location as it was relatively close to my mum’s place. A lovely apartment which is exactly as shown in the pictures. Good places nearby including public transport and small grocery shops. I believe the other flats isn’t the building are also being rented out, as we could hear our neighbours a bit too well which was the only issue. That being said, we didn’t have any problems sleeping. Bart himself was the perfect host and always reachable, friendly and helpful. Exactly how a host should be. A home away from home.

Great place to stay, very accurate to the description and picture, check in and out process was very easy and Bart was always happy and quick to help with any queries, also a good location to tube stations, would definitely recommend this place!

Nice, safe and modern flat which is near shops and restaurants. Good range of utensils provided for cooking. The shower is quite small and unfortunately the internet connection was unreliable over my entire stay.
