The home was clean and had what we needed. We didn’t use the kitchen much, as we ate out. The house felt very warm inside (22 deg c). We would have preferred it to be cooler. But we had the windows open and that helped. Very easy to walk to the bus stop to get into central Brighton. Easy for a 3 night weekend stay.

The place was as described and lovely. what was distracting was the constant communication (more than my previous BnB stays) and there was a lot of "rules". one of which was a ban on "glitter" which was a strange one but this is someone else's own property and those rules were respected.

Great place, very quiet. Ample buses and taxi services nearby. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants. Very warm inside the house and cosy, some might find it too warm. The single bed mattress was quite hard but everything else was very comfortable. There was an issue with the boiler but the water remained hot for baths and showers, so there wasn't any inconvenience for us. The engineers were contacted quickly. I was worried about paying the extra £50.00 fee outside Airbnb, I would have preferred to have been charged £50.00 at the booking stage. Extra floor/bath/shower mats would be helpful. Other people had mentioned issues with the blinds so we didn't touch them. Overall, we had a great stay and knew there was help available if we needed it.

Overall, the stay was excellent. The free parking was very convenient and since the house is independent with a gated entrance secured by a code, it felt very safe and private. The interior was spacious, clean and odor-free.With large bedrooms that comfortably fit a family of three to four people. The only downside was the temperature inside the house. It stayed quite warm throughout our stay, even when set to the lowest level, and despite having three fans, it still felt hot during the night. That being said, we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely choose this place again in the future.

Nice eco-friendly house with free parking in Hove-clean and well laid out (though blinds need fixing). Excessive and impersonal communication from the host’s agents though and we were not pleased with the £50 charge for a cot/high chair for our baby (which we in principle declined), nor the £500 deposit request one day before arrival - with instructions for check in only being sent once payment was settled. The agents were very responsive though.

This is a comfortable, stylish house, one of three, in a good location in the west of Hove. Close to lots of places to eat and a 10 minute walk to the sea. The parking is tight if you have a larger car but the listing makes that clear. There is a bit of noise from the adjacent businesses in the morning. The main concern, if you’re visiting in warm weather, is that the house, for all its eco credentials, retains heat to crazy levels. With young children, it’s not a great option. Even with fans the rooms were 25 degrees all night when outside it was 22 or less. Such a shame. The windows don’t blackout well but I understand they are ordering new blinds. Shame they weren’t checked for correct functioning sooner. That said, My Getaways were kind and as helpful as they could be, bringing extra fans on check in day.

Green Mews is a great place to stay. The seafront and Portland Road is in very easy walking distance and the parking was very welcome! The unit is clean, airy and very warm. I have stayed in AirBnb's where provisions are better (absolutely nothing in fridge or cupboards, just starter tea, coffee and sugar) but if you know this, you can plan and it makes things simpler. I wouldn't hesitate to book this again and would look forward to it.

Very clean and bright, well situated in hove with good local coffee shops. About a 40 minute walk into Brighton. Car space is very tight and you really need to reverse down the road to get in easily. It would be fine with a small car. The listing should be clearer with 2 bedrooms as at first glance 3 beds to me meant 3 bedrooms! Bathroom was nice - and the hot water and heating worked well. The TV wasn’t great- worth bringing your own PC to link if you want to watch anything in particular. Overall we would stay again- My Getaways were very quick to respond with questions and repairs and the overall quality was great.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great stay. We had several issues paying the security deposit as it was requested outside of air bnb initially and the hosts were demanding and unhelpful when we informed them the requests weren’t coming through. The check in process was incredibly stressful as a result. Details were also sent to us late which caused a delay with access. The property is showing clear signs of wear and tear (damaged blinds, scuffed walls) and we were surprised these haven’t been addressed as each booking is charged a deposit. It is stiflingly hot in warmer weather with only one fan provided and the downstairs bathroom had a strong smell of damp/mildew. A pile of dust/sand was found in one of the bedrooms and there was a damp toilet roll was on the stairs at check in. Parking is very tight and definitely not suitable for large vehicles although this is stated in the description. Given the price charged per night we expected a better experience.

Great accommodation, exactly as described, addition of parking made everything easier, couldn’t fault anything about it & would definitely recommend. Helpful instructions for check-in & everything else needed once in the house. Only downside is the requirement of damage deposit of £500 being held by the company, which took me about 3 hours of phone calls to HSBC & mygetaways to sort due faulty payment system. Now having to personally chase the money having finally had to resort to a bank transfer. All in all was incredibly frustrating & enough to put me off booking with mygetaways in future.

Great place, v clean. I booked property partly due to EV charger but no instructions on how to use. Did get quick response and sent instructions once asked but for next door that had a different type of charger. Never got it working so ended up having to find public charger instead. Instructions should be at property.

The property is well located in Hove. It’s great for the beach and hove. It’s a shame there was nothing in the kitchen, not even salt or pepper. Please also be aware of the extra fees for a dog (£90) and £500 returnable deposit, both very high in my opinion.

The environment is quiet, there are supermarkets and takeaways nearby, and it's a little far from the city center location, but it's not a big issue! Will be renting again next time!

3 Green Mews is exactly as the listing describes. Very convenient for Brighton and Hove, short walk for shops or the sea. It is a private gated mews with parking - a necessity in Brighton. Beds are ok and the two singles can be fixed together for a second double bed. The kitchen is useful but we never really cooked anything - but all the appliances work. All in all a great stay in Hove! Would recommend and would use it again.

This is a cracking location for being able to get around East Sussex. The beach is a 10 minute walk, train station also 10 minutes and buses a couple of minutes away so you can get in to Brighton easily. Peaceful area with the only noise some smokers from work being done next day taking an early morning break. No real trouble. Lots of modern appliances and just needed instructions for the heating and cooker and a little extra dusting and it would go from a good stay to a great one for us.

Beautifully designed eco house. Lovely and warm. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Parking tight for a small car, probably impossible for a large one! TV let down by useless indoor aerial - needs an external one! Venetian blinds bent and broken in places, and rather dusty in places! Drain smell in downstairs shower room needs attention! However, it's STILL a great place to stay, walkable into central Hove and beach a 10 minute walk away. If the price is right, I will stay again!

Absolutely great little place. Beautiful building and a nice little secluded spot. The inside has great furnishings and felt very comfortable. Super quiet inside and that combined with comfortable beds and multiple pillow types to choose from meant I had a great sleep every night I was there. Not too far from the sea front and plenty around in terms of shops, restaurants, takeaways etc. Parking is very tight as they tell you however I did manage to fit my pick up truck in there with about a 20 point turn so it will do the job! I recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the area and I will 100% use this property again when I am next down there working.

Great sustainable property in a location close to shops and other amenities. A couple of downsides - there is no cancelation policy. No changing your mind even within 30 mins - so be sure this is the property for you! (Not sure how legal this is for something booked on line?) Theses three little houses have been built in a back garden behind the shops on the high street. We stayed overnight and it was great for what we needed, the property was clean, nicely furnished, with fresh fragrance fee linens. However, my sister and brother in law didn't find the sofa bed comfortable. There is a small balcony upstairs which looks at the house next door, and a patio table outside the front door which overlooks the drive but no other outside space or greenery.

Nice property, clean and we recommend it. We walked to the beach each evening and if you are up for a walk it's doable to get to central Brighton, we did! Parking is tight if you are in 1 or 2, happy we were in 3 and did not need to get into the tight spot.

Love place, in a private location. Instructions to the property were clear, didn’t need to contact the host once. House was well presented and had everything needed during our stay. Was a bit dusty and dirty in places, but overall the property was immaculate. Also parking is tight, as per description. But I did manage to park my Model Y in the space. Would definitely stay again.
