The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Great location, small for 4 people! Great for 2 people. A long walk into Brighton, plenty of buses run throughout the day

Place was immaculate, very clean, serene and beautiful for one or just a couple only. Not ideal for kids as it’s on the water.

Very nice place to relax and get away from daily issues from life. Just something different to to wake up in the morning when your first view are boats in the Marina. Very nice evening . Close restaurant ,easy to get to town center or walk all the way by the beach both directions. Bed were 2 single and a sofa open bed which good for kids but nothing to complain on that. I would recommend te get something more comfi as outside furniture were little bit hardsurface but probably best if you leave it outside all the time Overall amazing time with my 4.5 years old and pregnant wife but you must supervised kids all the time here

My partner and I stayed for our first anniversary and we could not have chosen a better spot. The accommodation was quaint and well decorated. It was close to ASDA and the walk was peaceful and enjoyable. It is a bit small, so mainly just suitable for one or two people. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and the kitchen equipment was impressive including bathroom facilities.

Had a wonderful weekend in Brighton staying in this well equipped property. It was a peaceful haven to return to after a busy day out in Brighton town centre. The weather was very hot during our stay but a fan was provided to help keep us cool! It was very easy just to hop on an electric bike & arrive at the pier in about 15 minutes or take a leisurely walk along the seafront. Free parking is a bonus as well. Would definitely stay here again!
