The bright, open-plan kitchen is flooded with natural light and opens onto a large, sunny rear garden. It’s fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware, crockery, and cutlery, perfect for preparing meals for everyone. There’s also complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats your group, ideal for shared meals or planning your next adventure.

- Spacious Living Room:
Located on the ground floor, the living room is a cozy social space with two large, comfortable sofas. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a few drinks, chat about the day’s events, or simply relax with a movie on the Smart TV. This home has three inviting bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables, comfortably sleeping two. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each include a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside tables, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Fresh linens are provided, ensuring you have a restful night’s sleep.

- Bathroom/Shower Room:
On the first floor, the main bathroom has a shower over the bathtub, sink, and toilet. Additionally, there’s a ground-floor room with a sink and separate toilet for added convenience. You’ll find plenty of fresh bath towels, hand towels, and a bath mat provided, so you have everything you need for a refreshing start or end to your day.

- Amenities and Essentials:
This home includes a range of conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including heating, fast WiFi, a carbon monoxide alarm, a smoke alarm, and more. You’ll also have access to a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board for any laundry needs during your stay.

Deposit
My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30.00, which covers you for up to £300.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £300.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
