I specifically wanted a peaceful place to stay, unfortunately loud marina dredging starts at 7am even at weekends! The accommodation is great, bigger than expected, very comfortable and has a lovely view of the marina and sunsets. Beware the rusting chairs on the balcony, also the outside table had no table top. We tried to use the oven but the dial is faded and we ended up grilling instead of baking! Fortunately there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The £300 additional payment in case of breakages did put me on edge. It would be a very expensive trip if anything gets broken or the key gets lost! We had no hot water during our stay but didn't dare fiddle with the boiler in case we broke it! I'm sure the host would have sorted it if we'd asked. Despite the noise we enjoyed our weekend. One final warning, the multi storey carpark has very narrow slopes, I managed to take a chunk out of one of my tyres making the weekend more costly than expected!

No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please go outside onto the boardwalk. 2. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside. 3. No pets 4. Check out time is 11am latest, please ensure you have vacated by this time. 5. As respect to our neighbours, the patio area is out of bounds between 10pm and 8am. 6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking. 7. No BBQ's Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused. - Gather used towels
