My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.Select dates to see prices

Communicative hosts, loved being right on the marina. Books and other things dotted around the property. Didn't realise until I arrived there was no WiFi (clearly stated in the ad so my fault, I guess Im just used to everywhere having WiFi so didnt notice). The £300 deposit was refunded quickly but it's not something I'm used to with air BnB and it did honestly put me off a little

The location is exactly as shown in the photos. Anything you need is present. I had some problems with the locks and doors, which were stiff and not very easy to use. And a shelf in the kitchen was loose. With the 300 euro deposit you pay in advance, that didn't feel so good. It was blowing very hard, which made it a bit restless in the harbour, especially at night. But overall a nice and cozy place. Perfect distance to Brighton, walking, by bus or the ebikes that are ready in the Marina.

A lovely place for a stay for two people. Clean, well kept, everything you need for a weeks stay. Wonderful surroundings as right in the middle of the Marina. Quiet except for the wind on occasions. Wonderful places to visit. Rottingdean town beautiful in Rudyard Kiplings garden. A hidden treasure.

We hope you enjoy your stay at our house, however, this is a residential building and therefore we ask you to please respect our neighbours and our house by observing the following house rules: 1. No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please go outside onto the boardwalk. 2. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside. 3. No pets 4. Check out time is 11am latest, please ensure you have vacated by this time. 5. As respect to our neighbours, the patio area is out of bounds between 10pm and 8am. 6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking. 7. No BBQ's Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused. - Gather used towels
