Guest access

Full access details will be given on the day of the check-in once the deposit have been paid.

The lift is currently out of service until further notice.

Scaffolding will be erected on Mitre House and commercial premises from 29 July until the end of 2024. We apologize for any disruption and noise caused by the temporary works.

Smoke alarm testing on August 9, 2024, at 8 am.

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50, which covers you for up to £300 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Any stays over 5 nights do not have the MYCOVER option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit on the day before check-in.

Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
