This spacious 3-bedroom apartment offers breathtaking sea views, modern amenities, and a prime location for exploring Brighton’s best spots. Ideal for families or groups, this comfortable space is thoughtfully designed to ensure a memorable stay, accommodating up to 8 guests. With easy access to the iconic beach, Royal Pavilion, and some of Brighton’s top restaurants, you’ll be right where you want to be for a relaxing and convenient experience.

- Living Room & Dining Area:
The open-plan living room is the heart of the home, boasting a large sofa where everyone can gather, a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, and a cozy coffee table to place your drinks and snacks. The adjoining dining area includes a spacious table and chairs, creating the perfect setting for shared meals, games, or work-from-home days while enjoying stunning sea views.

- Modern Kitchen Amenities:
Fully equipped for your cooking needs, the kitchen is stocked with essential appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The breakfast bar is ideal for casual meals or coffee breaks, and with a complete selection of cookware, glassware, and utensils, you’ll have everything you need for dining in. Essentials like oil, salt, and pepper are provided, so you can dive right into your culinary adventures.

- Bedroom 1 - Comfort & Flexibility:
The primary bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as a super king or two singles, along with an additional sofa bed for added versatility. With bedside tables, reading lamps, a mirror, and a hair dryer, you’ll have all the essentials at your fingertips. This bedroom also includes a private ensuite, with a shower over the bath for a convenient, spa-like experience.

- Ensuite Bathroom:
The ensuite bathroom in Bedroom 1 provides privacy and convenience, fitted with a shower over the bath, a sink, a toilet, and a well-lit mirror. Enjoy a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach or prepare for a night out with all the essentials readily available.

- Bedroom 2 - Spacious Retreat:
Bedroom 2 offers a super king-sized bed (also zip-and-link for flexibility), ensuring everyone gets a restful night’s sleep. With bedside tables, reading lamps, a mirror, and plenty of hangers, this room is practical and comfortable. The peaceful, airy space allows for a rejuvenating escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

- Bedroom 3 - Cozy and Inviting:
The third bedroom includes a king-sized bed with zip-and-link capabilities, bedside tables, reading lamps, and a mirror. Like the other rooms, it’s equipped with hangers and a hairdryer for your convenience. This tranquil space offers a relaxing retreat, complete with all the comforts of home.

- Additional Bathroom & WC:
The main bathroom is well-equipped with a shower over the bath, sink, toilet, and mirror, offering everything you need for a refreshing routine. An additional WC with a toilet, sink, and mirror ensures added convenience for guests, particularly during busy mornings.

Please note - the lifts to the 7th floor are currently out of order for the month of April, please use the main lobby lifts to the 6th floor and then a few steps to the 7th floor where you will find the apartment, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

All linen and towels are provided and made up for all guests in your group before arrival. Baby Cot Available for Use.

- Additional Fees:
Late check-out fee - £50+VAT per half hour unless a late check out has been agreed in advance
Cot fee is £50.00. Not returning keys to key safe/Keynest £200+VAT

Other things to note

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50, which covers you for up to £300 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Any stays over 5 nights do not have the MYCOVER option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit on the day before check-in.

Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival..
