Great location literally a few minutes stroll to the waterfront. My Getaways were incredibly helpful and accommodating, from helping me when I had an issue with the app, to arranging an early check-in, and even letting us leave the car a little later than planned when we were leaving due to road closures from a local triathlon. They were so friendly and responsive throughout, which contributed to a fantastic stay.

Great location close to beach but just off main street and quite peaceful. Private parking space was good size, would fit large SUV and saved a lot of money and hassle of parking in Brighton. House very well equipped and spotless. Shame about balconies not being accessible but this is mentioned in description. I would go back again.

Fab location, close to beach. Disappointed that the fans in the bathrooms didn’t seem to work, and none of the balcony doors opened, but such a great position close to cafes and restaurants and the beach. Very much enjoyed our stay and lucky with the weather so spent most of our time out and about.

The flat was missing shower gel and soap to shower but other than this, the place was the ideal place for us. It is well situated and the flat in general was very good. The supporting people also were very helpful, proactive and reactive. I was told that I would get more fans delivered the next day, but the admin made everything possible for the same day delivery for the fans at 5pm. Excellent service and enjoyable accommodation

Beautiful house, big airy bedrooms, spacious lounge and kitchen, loads of bathrooms! Kitchen well equipped & clean. Location is perfect - right by the seafront. Easy to find and dedicated parking space. HOWEVER Noise appears to be a bugbear. The private road it is located in is very quiet - coming home from the restaurant at 9pm we were asked by a neighbour to whisper when in the road. We also received an email to tell us we had triggered the noise monitor - this was playing a board game in the lounge,- when we cheered a couple of times. We were a party of 7 adults - my husband and I and grown up children with their partners, and really NOT noisy people. Also not allowed to access the little patio after 10pm or before 8am - presumably noise related. So I would say if you are an older, quiet group it is perfect. If you have children or are generally a bit more boisterous, it might be a bit stressful.

Easy to find, secure location, friendly neighbours. Felt homely, walkable to all shops & amenities. Beds were really comfortable. Very clean & comfortable. Doors were locked to the balconies with signs saying for safety reasons however there is a private patio leading from the kitchen. Plenty of space. We all enjoyed staying here & would definately stay again. Host responsive. Wouldn’t recommend for disabled due to stairs to all floors including lounge & kitchen.

Great apartment, great location, great check in experience. My only complaint would be that there are clearly noise sensors located around the property which in itself in invasive. This was triggered by simply watching tv on Saturday night. This resulted in auto text followed by a call from MyGetaway. When I explained that I was watching tv it was a very generic auto response to say I have breached the noise levels. Left a bit of a sour taste of an otherwise great stay.

Nice house, nice quiet location and responsive / flexible hosts. There is one parking space and no road parking nearby. Great location, short walk to the beach and promenade.

Excellent stay, as described. No issues. Good location for a week stay. Some wear and tear around the house, but to be expected. The house was extremely clean though and very comfortable to stay in. Very close to many food/ drink places. Would stay again.

The house is lovely, clean and lots of amenities. The location is great, close to beach and private parking for one car. There are lots of stairs over 4 floors. The communication is good via the app in regards to check in but multiple emails and links were confusing and meant I ended up paying £50 additional charge unintentionally which they did not refund despite the fact I had not yet checked in.

Fantastic centrally located spacious house in walking distance of bars, shops, restaurants, the sea front & private parking which is an added bonus! Could not fault the place, was exactly as described, straightforward check in and the host was helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

3 nights in Brighton with my family. With an average age of 73, the location easy walking for seafront, shops and restaurants. Much better value than a hotel and a comfy lounge for us to all gather and reminisce in.

no soap provided. key code for check in wasn't provided until 1 hour after check in. no apology given. made to pay a 300 returnable deposit even though most lisiting on air bnb are covered by insurance. no fob for parking gate provided. only one set of keys was provided for all guests. dirty glasses in kitchen.
