The location of this property is excellent, with an easy walk to the beach, pubs, restaurants and The Lanes. The parking space is a bonus. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen/dinner was spacious and well equipped and the lounge was relaxing. It was a shame we were not able to use the balconies as they were locked. The place does need some TLC/maintenance as some of the windows were difficult to open and a catch was hanging on by one screw. It was also difficult to close the front door quietly. A second front door key would have been very useful. On the whole this was a good base for a 3 night family break in Brighton.

A great location just off the seafront and none of the normal noise you expect when staying in Brighton. Felt very much like home and an excellent place to relax as a group at the end of a busy day.

Rather disappointing. Location quite good but the house and the whole experience lacked character and charm. Corporate feel. Kitchen and bathrooms clean and functional - just wouldn’t want to spend much time in the place. Plenty of instructions about what not to do (eg must be noisy, must take shoes off, must not leave food behind etc) but nothing much to say how we could actually enjoy ourselves. No cafetiere, stingy “welcome pack”, no shampoo/shower gel (we were warned about this) , very bright street lights outside the house (you’ll need eye blinds). Glad in the end my 92 year old father wasn’t able to join us at the wedding we were attending - he wouldn’t have managed the many stairs. Felt like the owners were protecting themselves against stag nights, not wanting to share their home.

Any additional cleaning charges caused by smoking in the property will be deducted from your deposit. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. We are not the anti-fun police but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep. Pets Permitted with additional pet fee paid. Please note check out is by 11am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare theproperty for the next set of guests. You agree to be charged a late check-out fee of £50 per hour or part thereof if you are not vacated by this time unless agreed in advance. When you are ready to vacate the property please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish and take it with you for disposal. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking.
