- Open Plan Kitchen/Lounge:
The heart of the home features a modern, open-plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including an oven, induction hob, grill/microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you need for home cooking. The living area boasts a dining table and chairs, a cozy double sofa bed, a comfy feature chair, and a coffee table.

- Modern Appliances:
Enjoy the convenience of modern appliances, such as a smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime (login with your account), perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home to keep you connected.

- Outside Space:
Step outside onto the small area at the front door, complete with a bistro set, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The property also offers a parking space equipped with an EV charging point for electric vehicles, making it ideal for eco-conscious travelers.

- Hallway Storage:
The hallway includes a cupboard with all the essentials to keep your stay smooth and organized, featuring an eco-friendly EVO home heating system, washing machine, hoover, ironing board, iron, mop, bucket, and a step ladder for adjusting skylight blinds.

- Ground Floor Shower Room:
On the ground floor, you’ll find a convenient shower room complete with a shower, WC, hand basin, and mirror, providing everything you need for freshening up after a day out.

- First Floor Family Bathroom:
Upstairs, the family bathroom offers a relaxing space with a feature bathtub, WC, and hand basin, perfect for unwinding in a warm bath after a busy day of sightseeing or activities.

- Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom includes a double bed with a stylish feature headboard, hanging rails for clothing, bedside tables with lamps, a mirror, and a hairdryer. All the comforts are provided to ensure a restful night's sleep.

- Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom offers two single beds, which can be combined into a small double upon request. It also comes equipped with convenient amenities including hanging rails, bedside tables, a desk with a lamp and chair, a mirror, and a hairdryer—creating a perfect blend of comfort and functionality for both relaxation and productivity.

Experience a relaxing and stress-free stay with fresh linens and towels provided for every guest in your group. Enjoy convenient amenities such as a baking sheet, ample clothing storage, coffee, and essential cooking ingredients (oil, salt, and pepper). For a seamless dining experience, we’ve equipped the space with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Extra pillows and blankets are also available to ensure your comfort. To enhance your stay, the home features a smoke alarm, heating, hot water, and a washing machine for added safety and convenience.

Full check in instructions will be sent on the day of the check-in at 3pm once your damages deposit has been paid.

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50, which covers you for up to £500 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.
Any stays over 5 nights do not have the MYCOVER option.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit on the day before check-in.

Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
