KITCHEN
The well equipped kitchen on the first floor with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody on the breakfast bar. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

LIVING ROOM
On the first floor with the open plan kitchen, you’ll find the sociable living room set up with 2 sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOMS
Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom as well as separate WCS on the second and third floors
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats

BEDROOMS
There are six bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds

ON THE GROUND FLOOR
- Bedroom 1, double bed - sleeps 2, with an ensuite bathroom including a shower, sink and toilet

My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £500 OR you can opt to pay £50 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £500 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Beautifully decorated and perfect location for everything. Having an en-suite for each room was fantastic. For 5 of us it was a perfect size but I wouldn’t say more than 6 people if you wanted to hang out comfortably together in the lounge area. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay again due to the lack of soundproofing on windows (which made sleep difficult against the outside noise from people and traffic at night and in the early hours) but also because mattresses were quite uncomfortable plus a couple of beds were broken, which have hopefully now been fixed. Ground bedrooms smell a little damp from the en-suites which will hopefully be addressed also as I reported any issues via email and/or text to the company.

We loved The Narrow House for its ideal location - easy to find , quiet & peaceful yet literally around the corner from The Lanes & a few minutes from The Royal Pavilion and of course loads of pubs, wine bars & choice of restaurants. It was clean, tidy, welcoming & unfussy which we appreciated. There are 6 double bedrooms - 4 fully en suite , 2 with en suite showers & sink with a loo next door. Rare to find such a generosity of wc’s & showers ! There were 5 of us - we had facilities to spare. Modern kitchen on the 1st floor with 2 big fridge /freezers & a cosy sofa seating / tv area. Excellent communication with the hosts : clear guidance & instructions & prompt responses to any enquiries. This was a great base from which to explore Brighton.

We stayed here as a family group of ten and really enjoyed our time in Brighton. The property is in a fantastic location right in the city centre, which made it easy to get around and explore. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the staff were very responsive — they quickly resolved a small issue we had with one of the showers, which we really appreciated. A few things to note: some of the beds were a little uncomfortable, especially for the older members of our group, and the separate bathrooms (for rooms without an ensuite) were quite small. That said, these were only minor issues overall and we really enjoyed our stay!
