Its unbeatable location allows you to immerse yourself in the Brighton atmosphere with easy access to the beach and amenities right on your doorstep. Grab a drink at the pub, take a stroll along the promenade, or relax at home, the WIFI and smart TV are ready to stream all your favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

KITCHEN
The well equipped kitchen on the first floor with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody on the breakfast bar. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

LIVING ROOM
On the first floor with the open plan kitchen, you’ll find the sociable living room set up with 2 sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOMS
Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom as well separate WCs on the second floor and third floor
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat

BEDROOMS
There are six bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds


ON THE GROUND FLOOR
- Bedroom 1, double bed - sleeps 2, with an ensuite bathroom including shower, sink and toilet
- Bedroom 2, double bed - sleeps 2, with an ensuite bathroom including shower, sink and toilet

ON THE 2ND FLOOR

ON THE 3RD FLOOR
- Bedroom 5, double bed - sleeps 2, with an ensuite bathroom including shower, sink and toilet
- Bedroom 6, double bed - sleeps 2, with an ensuite bathroom including shower and sink

IN ADDITION

There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryers in each room for guests to use.

This house is a real home from home. A great place for a family to relax and holiday together, it's also perfect for a group of friends or professionals.

Damages Deposit
My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.
My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £50.00, which covers you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit of £500.00 on the day before check-in. Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
