great place, couple minutes walk to the seafront. can get quite noisy at the weekends, they can get a bit over communicative, text, email at the same time. other than that great spot.

Nice enough place but an overpowering smell of bleach when entering the property. The £500 deposit held outside of AirBnB seemed excessive for 2 nights.

Loved how responsive and supportive everyone from the team was! No issues in communications at all and the place was really worth the money! Sea view was amazing so were the amenities provided. Would definitely go again🤍

Any information I needed was provided well in advance, including payment about a £500 deposit. Seen some negative reviews about this but I was provided this information well in advance and also given an alternative to pay £50 for insurance which is non-refundable so it is flexible for those who don’t want to pay the deposit upfront. The check in process was super easy with key collection nearby. The myGetaways app also has lots of useful information for parking, local attractions etc. The whole flat was super clean. Everything we needed was there including towels, linen, tissue, cutlery. The location was good with everything nearby. Overall, a great place and would definitely recommend to others.

I particularly loved the decor and infrastructure of the place The sheets were cleaned and made of good material and left extra linens The location was central and the soundproofing in the rooms was non-existent so during the stay I always woke up at 8 AM for street traffic and a construction site next to the room They asked for a 500-pound shorts for stays of + 5 days , so far that's fine because the environment is of high standard and well maintained. But I was upset about the deposit I paid and it will only be returned for 5 to 10 business days ... And that was not clarified when they asked for the shorts . Or in the presentation text when we're going to choose airbnb

Although the apartment was of decent standard, some surprises came up. Claiming £500 the day before is completely unacceptable. This extra requirement can create a big problem for travelers who can't provide such a large sum on a short notice. For us, security deposits more than the rental amount. This was in no way clear at the time of booking. Assigned dirty, with used paper in the bathroom, hair in bathtub, crowded pieces of clothing, and broken kitchen chair. Although the apartment was of a decent standard, I would not recommend the rental company/host

Excellent location. There is parking nearby. Very close to the beach ,city center and buses. Despite this, it's calm. The cleanliness problem is that the windshields overlooking the sea in the living room in the living room are broken, they need to go through a hand. Bed linen towels are awesome. Definitely recommend.

Very well furnished and looked just like the photos. The things wrong were all quite minor. Firstly, no instructions on where the entrance is, what key to use, etc. Spent 15 minutes working out how to get to the apartment. Secondly, EVERYTHING is turned off when you get there TV, the fridge, lights, the oven, etc. So didn't realise for several hours that the fridge was off. Thirdly, the blinds are completely useless. When we arrived 5 of the blinds were tangled and wouldn't close properly. I spent 30 minutes just trying to close them. Even when closed they're useless and don't block any light at all. Fourthly, directly opposite the windows they are doing building work so builders looking in in the mornings and couple that with broken blinds. Also, the wall they're building blocks the sea view. Fifthly, the duvets were quite thick (at least for the summer) so very hot. Lastly, only had 3 dishwasher tablets which is no where near enough when it's a half sized washer.

The aparment location was ideal, we were visiting for graduation at the Brighton center and dinner at Salt all in walking distance from the place. Clean, functional, brightly lit and comfortable. Had wonderful mornings fixing breakfast and enjoying the view.

I would probably come back again, but would take my shower gel with me, as there was not no any. Also bedrooms shutters are not saving for the sunlight at all. Hard to sleep.

This contemporary fusion-style property features breathtaking views of Brighton and is situated near vibrant shopping streets and superb dining options. Regrettably, our experience was negatively impacted by ongoing construction work and subpar customer service from the MyGetaways management team. The daily cacophony of noise from heavy machinery, beeping alarms, and drilling commenced at 7:30 am, and the 14-month council project wasn't mentioned on the Airbnb listing. Mark, from MyGetaways, failed to provide adequate support or viable solutions. We strongly recommend that prospective guests verify there's no construction before booking and directly contact Airbnb for any issues, circumventing MyGetaways' management team. To the property owner, you've done a remarkable job with the interior design; however, we suggest reexamining your choice of letting agent, as their performance significantly let us down during our stay. We hope that future guests can fully enjoy the charm and allure

Fantastic, central location. Easily accessible, everything seems to be a 10min walk away. A fully equipped kitchen was so helpful as we travelled with kids, and I'd happily stay without them as well!

Beautiful apartment, with a view of the sea, clean bright and airy. The perfect location to explore Brighton. We were able to walk everywhere. And would stay here again. My Getaways were extremely quick to respond to our questions. Parking is limited. With no parking at the front to drop off suitcases, it’s best to book parking before arriving. Regency Secure Parking, 1 Regency Mews BN1 2HF is the closest and cheapest!

The flat was great and modern designed, the location was perfect and close to everything you will need like markets, restaurants, pharmacies, and to churchil square shopping mall and the beach. The building was highly secured, and for us safety was something we look for, so this was one of the most amazing things in our stay. The flat was clean and they provided toilet paper and soap and essentials, rooms was great but the bed is little bit small to be honest, as well toilets, we found the space is a little bit small. The street noise was loud in the night. In general it was a great stay, the view was very nice the flat was cozy and felt warm, suitable for family and we enjoyed our stay👍🏻. The host was amazing, they responded really fast, and very understanding. Alot thanks to my getaways for everything.
