We got into this air BnB with belongings from a previous guest spread across the living room floor suggesting the flat hadn’t been cleaned at all. To add to the dissatisfaction we were woken up by the air BnB owner in our bedroom at 11am with police as the neighbours told us they’ve been having problems with squatters. Legitimately the worst experience I’ve had on air BnB ever

Sorry to say we were massively disappointed, the property was very dirty on arrival and was not cleaned, mould on walls, damp smell. Towels had marks on them, bed sheets were damp, I could go on… We complained to MyGetaways who only offered to send back cleaners but we were checking out the next day by 11am so was a pointless exercise. We paid a cleaning fee on our booking and the property should have been clean for us on arrival! I had to go around and clean up so we could stay for 2 nights over the weekend. Airbnb on the other hand were supported us well.

The apartment location is near to everything such as convenient shops, restaurants/takeaway and 15 to 20 minutes walk down the beach. They also have parking space which was really great as it saved us looking for park lit and cost. The location is very convenient for us. It had all the amenities it stated on their information section. However, the front door and hallway leading to the apartment’s main door was off putting. The inside of the apartment is looking a bit knackered, visible dirt stains on the sofa, some parts of the walls had dirt marks and chipped paint. Other than that, had a great stay.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on business with a colleague. Convenient, cheap, cheerful. Few minutes walk from station, and a short walk from city centre and waterfront where our conference was being held. Check in straightforward and all questions I had were answered quickly including some requests after checking out. There are two main rooms for sleeping, one at the back of the property, with the bunk beds and en suite and one at the front with the three single beds. Both are ground floor with shared entrance to property for upper floor apartments. Parking at front for one vehicle. I feel it important to note that the ground floor location on a busy main road is very noticeable in the front room. There is noise most of the day and night, so be conscious of this if you are a light sleeper or need absolute quiet to fall asleep. I was fine, but found it difficult the first night. Only one set of keys provided, so be aware of this if staying with those who have different schedules

Easy check in, place was clean and what we needed and close to centre. But for £850 for 2 nights it’s pretty average. Felt a bit like a uni house. Perfect for having a big group of mates but seems very steep price wise what what it is. Maybe because it was a bank holiday! Anyway east check in and it did the job so can’t complain too much.

It's nice to be able to walk about 5-7 minutes from Brighton Station and 10-15 minutes to the city center, but it's close to the big road and it's on the first floor, so you can hear the noise well. People upstairs can hear people walking up and down stairs and closing doors. I haven't had much trouble living for 3 months, but if you're a sensitive person, I'd like to think about it. It was just right because there were four exchange students, and two rooms were shared. There are two toilets, but there is no shower, so there is virtually one shower, and the dryer does not work perfectly. Feeling a little steamed laundry..? The refrigerator was a little small, but somehow 4 people used it well Since it is on the first floor, the room on the road is not often ventilated, and there was a mouse who opened the back door to clean, and the mouse came in: (But it was nice that the company solved such a problem right away. There is a big disadvantage that the next person can come in by putting it back in the key box after coming in because there is only one key. Still, I haven't had any major problems with long-term stays for 3 months. Recommended for people coming to Brighton exchange students

Great location, walking distance to the North Laine with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes to choose from. From the door to the seafront in 20 minutes (walking) - really enjoyed our stay here! :D

A few of us stayed for a weekend away and it was great. Everything is within walking distance that we wanted to do and there is off road parking aswell. It was very homely and comfortable so much so we spent Saturday night in! Would definitely stay here again.
