The cozy double sofa bed offers extra sleeping space, while the dining table is perfect for meals or casual gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials—glassware, crockery, cutlery, and utensils—making meal prep a breeze. After a day of exploring, kick back and enjoy your favorite shows with the Smart TV and Netflix for a relaxed evening in.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen:
This fully equipped kitchen is designed to meet all your cooking needs. It includes modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, and dishwasher, as well as essential cookware like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. For your convenience, there's also a coffee maker and hot water kettle to start your day with ease. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, this space has everything you need.

- Comfortable Bedroom:
The bedroom in Apartment 1G is designed for flexibility and comfort. It sleeps up to 2 guests with full-size adult single Zip and Link beds. By default, the beds are set up as a double, but upon request (at least 7 days before your arrival), they can be arranged as two singles. The room also features hanging rails for clothing storage, a hairdryer, and a full-length mirror for convenience.

- Modern Bathroom:
The bathroom in Apartment 1G includes both a power shower and a full bathtub, allowing you to unwind and relax after a day out. It also features a heated electric towel rail to keep your towels warm and dry. Essentials such as towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided for all guests, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

While this accommodation is spacious and modern, please note it may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility due to the layout and lack of specialized accessibility features.

Damages Deposit

My Getaways is a professional API connected host and is therefore authorised by Airbnb to handle damages deposits from guests directly outside of Airbnb.

My Getaways is committed to our owners so their properties are protected during bookings, therefore a damages deposit is required before check-in. You can opt to pay a non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver of £30, which covers you for up to £500 of accidental damage protection, however, deliberate damage is not covered.

Alternatively, you can opt to pre-authorise your credit/debit card for the full damages deposit of £300, this pre-authorisation will expire after 7 days If no deductions are to be made for damages. You will be sent a link to pay for My Cover accidental damages waiver fee OR pre-authorise your credit card for the full damages deposit on the day before check-in.

Once this payment or pre-authorisation has been made we will release check-in instructions on the day of arrival.
